My favourite tim hortonsThey always follow right the customers instructions comparing to other branchesSo many kind and happy people working thereThe only reason I didn’t give them 5 star is because their toasting machine burnt their breads and bagels!I think they need to replace it or fix it! Otherwise this location is legendary one ☝️

Went to get breakfast through the drive thru. The man taking our order seemed like he was in such a rush. To make things worse our whole order was wrong! I ordered a BELT sandwich and a steak breakfast sandwich. I got a BELT with no bacon and a breakfast sandwich with egg and bacon instead of steak! I was very disappointed

Just got a medium coffee from them (10 minutes ago). The girl on the drive through was not listening and just after I said the first word she said ok, and continued to be rude like this. I wanted dark roast with almond milk. Not sure if she understood as the hot liquid in the cup tastes like a lukewarm wasted parsley juice with some thing white mixed with it. Disappointed.To the owner/store manager: you need to train your staff on how to mange customers. My money went down the drain as well as the liquid they gave me. Shame on you!

Leo is the best manager here. I come here almost every morning and he never fails to greet me with kindness and converse about school. Service is so fast, I always get my farmers wrap and iced coffee in under five minutes. The food is very tasty and the staff is patient. Great Timmies overall.

This was my first timw going in the tim horton to buy after covid restrictions and the place was filthy. I advised the lady working there that there is bees flying inside the donuts display, but she laughed it pit instead of taking any action. Government should close down such big franchise who are making kids and adults sick. What is the point of hqving all sanitization for covid 19 when they can’t take care of small stuffs. I would highly recommend NOT to buy anything from this store, as they don’t care about our health. See photos.

The manager didn’t train the staff well!They start cleaning their equipments before closing time which makes the whole store full of smoke. The smoke is so disturbing that customers start coughing. Some customers went to talk to the staff that it’s not proper to do it. But the staff was rudely saying “we always do this and nobody else has complained before, is it really damaging you?!” Excuse me? Nobody complains means it’s right to do it? What do you mean by “damaging”? There has to be somebody passing out needing 911 to make you be aware that the smoke is terrible? I didn’t join the argument cuz maybe the staff had a bad & tiring day, and may even experienced some Karens.But managers or whoever responsible for training the staff please please please! Yes TH is so much more affordable than some other cafes but it doesn’t mean you don’t need to care about customers. As you can see, so many other reviewers complained about the service / rude staff. Isn’t TH proudly Canadian, Canadians are supposed to be nice!

I buy everyday a coffee here and staff freindly,resectfuljust few times by mistake i got black coffee bitter, i dont know if i could ask for new coffee or refund on them but it was few timesHOWEVER they really know how to do the business treat customer,fast service,tasty pastry.Thank you for serving Richmond Hill

This Tim's has the worst service I've ever had. when my kids are hesitating what kind of sugar is the right one to pit in our coffee, a middle aged waitress with short hair yelled at my kids, very unqualified. she looks like the manager of the store, I don't know how she works in this position, she was being extremely disrespectful towards a 12 year old kid. She does not deserve this job.

There is a huge pothole that could destroy your car in the driveway of this Tim’s. It’s been there for months. Would it be too onerous for the owner/manager to get the hole fixed, considering the profit they make from all the drivers that frequent their coffee shop? Does anyone care??

Common problem with drive through is they don’t normally give you what you asked and miss something, I think the problem is the person who takes an order is doing anothr job so is not concentrated to listen properly, I always need to repeat myself and at the end don’t get what I ordered which is very annoying
