Worst customer service. You now have to pay before you fill up. Then the attendant says I dont care. Yhis was March 26 at 2:30pm.It that kid worked for me, I would have fired him on the spot.

Staff is very rude for Commercial drivers . They ask again you have to buy something if you want to use washroom. So I don’t think that’s good place for any respectable driver . Bcz we are just truckers.

Stopped for gas here and the atm and the debit/credit was down it was a whole thing but it was handled so well and we got everything figured out. The lady was the nicest person in the world! Great service

They just changed service to pay before pumping, I understand that they did this because some people were pumping and leaving without paying, wouldn't it be easier to have an attendant pump (full service) then to loose business. I usually fill my truck, so I am not going to guess how much it will cost. Instead I will go elsewhere, unless I really need a few bucks in it to get me where I am going shopping .

The cashier very rudely denied me access to the bathroom because she assumed that I was not a customer (I was going to purchase something in return for the facilities, but her attitude made me leave). It’s common courtesy to allow someone to use your washroom in Canada, especially if it’s an emergency.

Very bad experience here. Lady on fuel deck was very rude and she didn’t allow to use bathroom to truck drivers.

Do not spend any money here, take your hard worked money elsewhere. Lady with grey hair behind counter is super rude and will make you pay just to use a washroom. On top of that she will threaten to call the cops if you use her washroom without being a customer. Like really ?? You need 2$ that bad to keep a washroom open for people that are traveling ?She’s a joke . Worst store in matheson that i came across so far.
