Worst security company ever. Very poorly managed. Had to pay for uniform, never got my money back when I return it. Had to fight with them for my overtime. I couldn’t work Sunday due to religion and had it on paper. Kept scheduling me for Sunday work… left and join a much better company. Theres a reason why there was a lawsuit against this company, don’t join.

They respect all their employees and work together as a team. i feel you can never find the type of loyalty within a company that you find at Russell Security and i am proud to say i work for Russell Security!!!

I have had the pleasure to work for Russell Security. The management team is very pleasant and always willing to help. They have a great relationship with their employees and always encourage positive interaction. They have an open door policy where you can approach management without scheduling an appointment. It is a very diverse organization and understands their employees values and cultures. Their pay is by by the most out of all the security companies and they have a great relationship with the local police departments. I am pleased to be a part of their team.

Russell security is one of the best companies i ever worked with. I really love working with this because they see the hard work in you and provide the opportunities to grow yourself based on your performance. They have high experienced management who is so friendly with all the employees. And they have plenty of good sites and a very good place to work with..!!!

I do not want to give them 1 star. This company is full of lier people. They fired me without informed me and without following policy and procedure. I returned my uniform and they did not give my money back which they promised to give after returning the uniform. They should learn first how to work and how to run security company then they should hire people for work. They are giving stars by themself because their work deserve 0 star, Poor company with Poor strategy of work.

I have had a great experience with RSSI and have seen a lot opportunity for growth. All staff works really hard to ensure the satisfaction of the client as well as the employees. I would say it is one of the best security company's that I have had the pleasure to work with. I hope to continue with this company as I see great things in the future of RSSI.

- They hire supervisors with low experience- Post orders always out dated- They can fire you anytime they want by pulling an excuse such as The client doesn't want you on the site anymore"- The training you get is very little- Management is the worst about this company

Horrible company. Completely unprofessional and full of liar peoples. They doesn't respect their employees at all. They had to hire a white guy so they made me jobless. They took $350 for uniform from my paycheck and continuously sending me emails that they want dry clean uniform , dry clean uniform but didn't say a single word about my pay. I was so depressed. When I contact the HR Rehana, she behaved so rude and arrogant.They don't deserve any star. Aimme Mortimer is not fit to be part of management. Stay away from this company.
