Wow talk about friendly service!! Super amazing staff! Donna the one who served me was so awesome, I wasn't sure what I would like and she suggested I try a poutine hotdog man was it ever good 10/10 will dine here again

In different occasions while in the Champlain mall with family & friends, our choice for lunch has always been NYF as our kids love NYF signature fries very much. Our last visit was special, as the warm welcome and excellent service we received from your staff “Vanessa” was remarkable. She was very polite when she took our order with various options she suggested to try. Can not be better. We are happy with the service we got.NYF will always be our first choice when we’re at the mall again and again. Thank you Vanessa and NYF team.

Must i say New York Fries has one of the greatest service i have seen, the employees always has a smile on there faces and know how to brighten up your day. The food is excellent every time i go. Every time i go i get the same order (veggie with no cheese sauce but add curds) the fries are always crispy and salted perfectly, the tops is a lot (in a good way). would recommend eating here. Will be coming back in the future. :)

Absolutely love going to NYF when I head to the mall! Today is at Patty's Day and the girls were all dressed up it was so nice to see! Great customer service, and I didn't wait no more than 5 minutes for my poutine! Great job ladies:)
