Tapiocas all they got really - it’s pretty awesome and worth a try. I’ve been there a few times and the mango smoothie with bunny pudding is never available, so i tried other stuff and they are very meh. The biggest flaw is they don’t let u adjust the ice or sugar level. I understand for the brown sugar milk tea, the ice and sugar level is fixed, but the other drinks are also fixed???!! I had to pour out 1/3 of a cup of ice when I get home so it doesn’t dilute the drink (I like to drink it slowly).....lame

Shop opened just this month. They only have one size cups with handful of drinks. New decor as it is newly open. They have some fortune drawers, similar to fortune cookies. Open a box and know your fortune.Boba is very sweet compare to regular boba. They definitely have alot of different colorful drinks.Service is quick for a packed store. Only a couple of seating available for a small store.

I ordered the bunny strawberry yogurt smoothie and what a treat to enjoy in the theme of Year of the Rabbit! The bunny jelly was creamy and delicious, and the strawberry smoothie was very flavorful. I particularly enjoyed the bobas, one of the best I’ve tasted — it’s nice and chewy, not brittle or hard at all.

Came here to try the infamous brown sugar tapioca!The staff are all very courteous. Drinks are prepared quite quickly, and I have no idea how long the tapioca was sitting there but it still tasted pretty good.The tapioca wok is quite novel and it's a great piece to attract attention. The tapioca is like a slightly softer tapioca than what you'd get at usual bubble tea shops, but it does indeed have a wonderful chewy texture and packed with brown sugar flavour. However, realistically I didn't think it's quite worth the hype. Once the tapioca cools a bit (in iced drinks), the texture is very similar to any other bubble tea shop, but still with a considerable punch of brown sugar flavor.What I can't quite put my finger on is the type of black tea they use. It's quite different from the varieties you find in most other bubble tea shops, something more similar to an Indian Darjeeling tea?The price point is a little high (but also inflation these days), but if you get your drinks according to the 15% off daily specials, it's not that bad. Their daily specials are also a great highlight of top drinks too!This place only has 2 seating spots: a table for 4 and 2 seats by the window--so pretty much a to-go place. There's not a lot of foot traffic when I was here, but tables are usually vacant.Overall XFT is not bad. Would not suggest making a trip here just to try it, but if you're in the area, it's a different bubble tea to try!

Surprised I saw this store in Canada so had to give it a try. The brown sugar bubble tea tasted amazing, loved the brown sugar bubbles and the creamy taste of the milk. The experience resembled what you'd experience in Taiwan as well, especially the big clay pot. Only downside is price, when you know how cheap it is in Taiwan it's always hard to justify paying $9 Canadian for a regular size bubble tea.

Like this bubble tea place, cute and clean with free wifi. The service is fast and welcoming, Ordered brown sugar bubble tea, which tasted very nice with chewy bubbles, Will definitely come back for more drinks.

Pretty good tapioca made fresh and warm. Mixed with their milk tea gives a nice lukewarm feeling and the Bubbles were soft and chewy. The tapioca is already cooked in a syrup so they are already sweet. There is no adjustment on sugar or ice so its each of their own on taste. I enjoyed it very much with the brown sugar original but still pricey for a regular size. Also expect a line up during weekends and weekday evening for now. Seems to be a hotspot at the moment. Too bad they only open at noon.

This is an authentic bubble tea store and I prefer it to the other chains around. This location is clean, well managed and the staff are very pleasant. I love the display they had for Chinese new year and how you could pick your fortune from drawers. I ordered the coconut coffee ($7 something) and their daily special white peach macchiato ($6 something). I was given an option to have either hot or cold and I could control the sugar in my coffee. I was also given the option of two toppings that were included in my coffee. Bubble tea is expensive in general, but I think it's worth the price compared to other places. They have tables if you would like to sit and drink as well.

Delicious drinks. Large variety to fit all your cravings. From refreshing fruity drinks to dessert like milk teas.Brown sugar tapioca is very good and that's coming from someone who isn't big on tapioca.The soft serve was really good and will be a summer staple.

Tried this location for the first time and made it a special one with their soft serve ice cream! Ordered the milk tea soft serve with brown sugar pearls. All the elements were so well done! The milk tea ice cream had good hints of tea peeping through and the pearls were fresh from their famous wok of pearls! They also have more flavours to try and totally would come back for them throughout the upcoming warmer season! The star off goes to the size for the price. A little on the small side, so you wanna get a little treat for yourself without filling up before a meal, this is totally gonna hit nicely! Service was great and people working were super nice!
