Although service was nice, vaccine prices are a lot higher here than other clinics. I would recommend instead going to the Union & Weber Clinic. Insurance likely won't cover up to the cost provided at Passport Health. For example JE vaccine was 387 per dose vs 275 at Union & Weber.

The visit to the clinic was very pleasant and professional from the first to last minute. Yulia was very helpful in tailoring to my travel itinerary and figuring out what options were best for me. I had a great experience here and would recommend.

Great clinic! Saved us from inoculations not needed (from the Internet travel advisory) but others that were: a HINT: Do not eat lettuce in South America. SAFE TRAVELS!

Hidden fees for every visit. Watch out make sure you ask and ask again what they are charging for. Or better yet don’t go to this clinic. This should be rated 0 stars.

Me and my wife went to the clinic before our travel to Costa Rica. We were greeted by a nurse practitioner (I assume as the prescription had another doctor's authorization).We described our travel, and were informed about a long list of vaccines we must consider. Where it got weird, is that she strongly recommended we get the rabies vaccine, which was resulting in a total bill of almost 2k in vaccines for the two of us. We accepted her recommendation and got the shots and were asked to come back later for additional vaccines.I have been to over 25 countries, so I have done this a few times, and the rabies recommendation puzzled me. We were travelling in Costa Rica, staying at hotels and all-inclusives. So I went home to look it up, I saw there was nothing to suggest that rabies is required for a routine traveller in that country. I figured I would have heard about it if every single person visiting Costa Rica required Rabies vaccines.All that to say, this is more of a clinic where you go to get what's needed for travel, rather than for any advice. There is also another similar review from another traveler with the same situation. Visitor beware!

My experience at this clinic was very pleasant. The young representative, whom I'm assuming is a nurse, is extremely friendly, courteous and engaging as well as quite knowledgeable and informative. I fully recommend this institution to all prospective travellers!

In-office service from the nurse was fine. This review does not concern that. In two long phone calls with two different people to setup the vaccine appointment I needed, I was never told that physician documentation was required. Having booked the appointment 5 days out, I had time to obtain the necessary documents. Was told upon *entering the office* I was not able to obtain the vaccines I had requested. The issue is not that physician documentation was required, it's that I was given no lead time to obtain it, wasting everyone's time and further delaying the treatment that needed these vaccines to be completed. Very very frustrated.
