I am a person who does not write reviews almost never but I had this experience that should be exposed. I was looking for a long time with my boyfriend for a dealer to buy my car, a week ago I found this place that exceeded my expectations in every way. The place was very organized and clean, the employee and in general the whole team that attended us were very kind and were willing to help us find the best option. The cars were in perfect condition and dazzling. I would definitely come back here to buy my next car.

Planet Motors is the most efficient and reliable team I've ever done business with... We recently bought a brand new Toyota car from them...from the moment I called to enquire about inventory till the handover, process was super smooth and not once did I need to follow up about anything...they took care of all required steps, gave me all the information with full transparency, kept me in loop about everything and were very responsive anytime I had any questions... They are quite professional in arranging test drives, maintaining cars in their showroom and I would recommend them 100% to everyone for buying any brand new or pre-owned cars... For starters I hate car shopping, I really do. With bad experiences in the past with shady car salesmen at “big/real” dealerships. That icky feeling. That was NOT this experience. I had the “too good to be true” feeling while at Planet Motors due to my mistrust. The team was friendly, honest, down to earth and easy to work with. So it really was “too good” but it was true! Alex was a pleasure to deal with. He was honest and took really good care of us. We purchased our van and were able to drive it home same day. It was easy and painless. No hidden fees, no getting bounced around to different offices, no getting worked over by the finance officer or being up sold on anything it was a breath of fresh air.Because of my distrust of car dealerships, I took our new van to be checked over by my trusted mechanic back home and he gave it a big two thumbs up and said, it’s in great shape. In fact it was in better shape than what I expected him to say.I know this was a long review but I’m sure someone will appreciate it. All in all I would recommend shopping here if they have the car you’re looking for! We are so happy with our purchase.Thank you Planet Motors for the great experience and our red bow! It was a very special family moment for us.

We were having to replace our Honda Accord after being totaled by a deer. was looking specifically for a honda CRV after much research. On the internet found planet motors and the perfect vehicle for the price range we were looking for. Living in thunder Bay 1500 km away made it impossible to actually do a test drive but speaking with the manager and staff I got a feeling of honesty and integrity so I put a deposit on it and flue down to drive back to thunder bay several weeks later. When I arrived and could actually see the car it was far better than I expected considering that photos don't always show everything. They had done an oil change,replaced all brakes and rotors,and oil spray the underframe. I waited till I got back to thunder bay to see how the car performed and I was not disappointed..while waiting at the dealership for the car to be detailed I inspected the other cars on the lot and could tell they are selective in the choice of vehicles they sell. This was the easiest and simplest car purchase I have ever done and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality used vehicle at a fair market price. Thanks to the staff!!

I would definitely recommend anyone who wants to sell their car for a reasonable price~! After comparing several price offers from other dealerships, Planet motors offered the highest price and the price did meet my estimation. Best service and competitive price for sure! After taking my car, the manager even offered me a free uber ride back to downtown;)
