If you have a wish list of qualities you want to see in a realtor, Freddy Marks will check off all of the boxes. He understands the market, assesses the value of a property carefully and provides excellent service from the time the property is listed until it is sold. He is a good communicator. He presents the facts honestly and is prompt in answering calls and messages. He makes the time to see the buyer personally to answer any questions and to inform the buyer of the work he has already done and what he intends to do next. Freddy and Linda are an impressive team and I am grateful that they managed my recent sale with integrity and in a most professional manner.

What can we say about Linda!She is wonderful, professional and very accommodating.We spent the better part of a year and half looking for the perfect place to purchase.Then with her help we were able to finally find it and purchase it without any frustration.She met us for coffee several times to ensure she had all the right information to be able to show us the right homes, with the location specifics we were needing.I highly recommend her and their real estate office for ever wanting to locate your perfect home to purchase.Thank you again Linda for taking the time in helping us with our new purchase. Linda just sold the property and home my husband has been on/in since he was 3 (61 yrs). Freddy and Linda worked with us at the beginning of summer when the market had suddenly become unpredictable. They helped us understand the changing market and supported us in the sale of our late parent’s home. It was not close to where we lived and so Linda went above and beyond sometimes to be at the house when we could not. Great communication, integrity and always smiling faces. Sabine Tull with Remax, is the best realtor we have ever had. She understood our wants and needs and got us into our perfect home. She never tried to just push for a sale, she wanted to get us a place that we were happy with now and for many years to come. Sabine was also willing to discuss concerns, trends, areas and really just anything we brought up with her since we were new to the area.
