My wife and I were passing through Peterborough on our way home when the tire pressure light came on in our '19 VW Alltrack. Luckily, we weren't far from the Peterborough dealership. The young man at the service desk was very kind and helpful. He snuck us in right away and checked our Alltrack over for punctures and/or leaks. He refilled our tires, cleared the code and sent us on our way. It's a bit sad that excellent service like that is rare (and a bit shocking) in today's world, but we are eternally grateful for their good old-fashioned kindness and service. I won't say which VW dealerships are closest to us, but I will say that we've never been pleased with them and I kind of dread having to deal with them. That said, when it comes time to look at a new (VW) car... we'll be heading straight to Peterborough VW. Thank you SO much!

My partner and I have purchased 5 vehicles from this dealership and the only reason we kept returning was because it was conveniently close to home. You’d think that if you’re selling someone a vehicle you’d try a little harder to return calls - which is what we experienced during almost all of our purchases. After recommending them to a family member they couldn’t even be bothered to call her back for weeks. By that point she had given up and was able to make a deal with OWASCO.They left a hole in one of our tires when they were swapping over the winters to summers and refused to take accountability for it, forcing us to purchase a new one from them. They butchered our other vehicle when it was in to have to sway bar links replaced, they took a torch to “loosen the bolts”, melting the ABS wires and the inside of the fender (to top it off they didn’t even tighten the sway bar links that had been replaced) it was a fight to get them to fix it. It was never the same - i had several electrical issues after that.I debated on whether or not to write this review but I feel as though others need to be aware of what to expect. As returning customers who have spent quite a bit of money here, we definitely expected to receive better service and care without having to argue for it.

My husband and I have bought 4 vehicles with them 3 of them being volkswagons last one being a 2019 jeepIt was sold to us as the ad stated came with soft topYep it did but none of the parts to put it onWe bought it a year ago today never had a chance to try and put the soft top on last year went to do it a few months back realized we didn't have everythingPlayed phone tag or them not returning calls or emails finally husband went in and was told pretty much sucks to be them they bought a used vehicleWill never spend a penny there ever again and will not recommend anybody eitherNot impressed maybe you should have made sure all parts were there before you put it on the lot to sell and shame on me I should have made sure everything was there to but being I trusted this company I wasn't expecting this out come

Terrible customer service when shopping for a car. The manager/owner person Mike, is rude and misogynistic and doesn’t listen to customer concerns. These people are greedy and only care about sales and not actually helping people find the right fit. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Going here is as painful as pulling your own nails off of your fingers.

Great experience, half the price and half the time quoted by other VW dealerships. Taylor my service advisor was a gem, knowledgeable and honest. I forgot my water bottle in service, upon my arrival back at the dealership they brought it out to the car for me! how courteous. highly recommend this dealership if you're in the market! Worth the trip if you're coming from outside of the peterborough area!

I purchased my vehicle with Graeme last week and he did nothing but make the whole experience smooth and simple. Kept me in touch with every process and still continues to check in with how it’s all going. All the other employees in the dealership smiled and were kind when I had more questions. I love this dealership. Friendly, knowledgeable personnel that aren't pushy and are diehard VW fans that love the brand. I've owned 4 different VW cars over the past many years, and have always had them serviced there as well. Such a great service team. I'm so excited to be picking up my 2023 GTI on Saturday and start racking up the km's on some fun roads. Thanks Josh and the Peterborough team for helping to make this happen.
