Outlet at Tepperman's

I ordered a couch a few weeks ago and was delivered today. My parents and I did the measurements ahead of time and were told it would fit, however when the delivery guys got to the house it did not fit. I had someone call me and was immediately transferred to a manager before I could get a word in.The manager called me and gave me attitude before I could even say anything. I did not raise my voice or complained but the guy got all macho and started acting like a tough guy. I will be given my refund and will not ever come back to this place.I will be taking my business back to Leon’s and Brick where they treat customers with respect!I guess they should call it TEMPERMANS instead!

This was our first and ONLY buy from Tepperman's.We purchased a storage bed frame at the end of May. Picked it up and brought it home ourselves. Since we did not yet have the mattress, we stored it in our basement. A few weeks later we were ready to put the bed together. Open up all the boxes and find the the footboard section had one piece broken in two and another piece with a cracked corner. My husband called customer service. He was given a bad attitude over the phone - someone who talked as if our problem didn't matter. We were told to email photos and to wait 1-5 business days for a response. We never received a response. We had to call them again a week later. At that point we were then told it could be another 2 weeks until they could get the replacement part in. We also had to ask (almost demand) to have that part delivered (they weren't going to offer that as we had originally picked up). About a week or so later we get a call that our replacement part was in and we could go pick it up. I say - it's supposed to get delivered to us

First off, I would like to say thank you to Richard our sales rep who did everything he could to make sure We got the very best deal. Then on to Dan and Samantha , The second Dan found there was an issue with our delivery he was all over it and right away he had Samantha get involved ( manager of the year !). It turned out that i was not going to have any furniture for Christmas ( we moved into a new place and did not have a dinning room table or living room furniture ) Well that was not going to fly with these two amazing sales associates/ managers, it turned out that my order would not be filled until the end of January or early February, ( I may have swore ..oops! but Dan took it as frustration and knew I was not upset with them , They have no control outside of their store. To say that they dealt with it promptly would be an understatement , within 43 minutes they had a plan and returned my call ASAP. They are truly my Christmas miracle ! I will have my furniture and I will be able to have Christmas dinner at my table with all my family , you see it was so important to me because for the last 2 years we eat on the couch and at the table ( very small one ) and all over , BUT not together and This Christmas was going to be different. And now it is! I can not say enough about this group of people that work at this store , They are professional and hard working, ( they even stayed late to help ) I will never buy furniture from any other store ...Thank you to everyone at the Kitchener location !Kimberly, Mike and Family..MERRY CHRISTMAS !

Did not have item we wanted in stock but purchased anyways with a pick up date mid April. Less than a week later I was called the item was ready for pick up. Pick up drive thru was fast and efficient!

Have always gotten my furniture from Teppermans. Great prices and helpful staff.

Dear Teppermans Customer Service,I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I received from Teppermans. I recently ordered several appliances for my new home, with delivery scheduled for April 27th between 3-5pm. However, the delivery was rescheduled multiple times and did not occur until the following day.When the delivery team finally arrived, they were careless and unprofessional. They insisted on storing all the appliances in my garage, despite my explicit request that they be placed in their designated areas within my home. Additionally, they only provided two runners to cover the carpet, leaving all other flooring exposed to mud and dust. One delivery team member even stated that I shouldn't worry about my stairs and hardwood flooring and suggested that I keep my shoes on even if they got dirty. They even told me that I shouldn't have placed the order until the drive-way is done.Furthermore, the delivery team did not open the boxes containing the kitchen appliances as I had requested, and during the half installation of the washer and dryer, they caused numerous dents and scratches on my walls and baseboards. They also left garbage behind and made a mess on all the walls, carpet, and flooring.When I tried to express my concerns to one of the delivery team members, he included false information in his notes and attempted to force me to sign the documents. I refused to sign without adding my own comments, and he left without taking the signed documents with him.As a result of this experience, my house is now covered in mud and dirt, with scratches and dents on my walls and baseboards. I am extremely unhappy with the service I received and would not recommend Teppermans to others. Thank you for your attention to this matter.I am at least giving 1 star because the Sales Person Mr Neeraj Sadhu was great.

The first time I bought some furniture for my new home from Tepperman. While setting it up they damaged my property and they even couldn't fix my mattress they just left it in my living room. As Per them, they informed Tepperman regarding the property damage and defect of the mattresses and they told me, somebody will be calling me from Tepperman within 1hrs. It happens in the afternoon and waited until the evening for a callback but I didn't get any response. So I called customer care and informed the situation of the property damage and defect of the mattresses. As per customer care, they didn't get any information regarding this (the one who set up my furniture from tepperman told me he already sends a report to tepperman regarding the property damage and defect of the mattress). As per customer care, I send photos of the property damage to the provided email to Tepperman, and as per them someone who is in charge will call me as soon as possible it happens on 18- March 2023 until now nobody call me regarding, even I call them back 4 to 5 times regarding the follow-up, whenever I call them they tell me it will take a maximum of 5days to process since it is 2 weeks until now nobody calls me back or not even a single email.This is totally unacceptable from Tepperman and one of the worst customer service. I never recommend Tepperman.

Good collection of furniture. Pricing is okay. Customer service is horrible. Waited for 3 days on my delivery. When they confirmed me in the morning, but no show. They dont even inform you when will be the next delivery date. Then the delivery came with missing parts. Now when I call, they dont know which dept I should talk to. Very confusing, irresponsible and long wait times. If anybody is willing to waste their days sitting at home for delivery, can definately try Tepperman's.

Went in today and had Patrick Leahy as our sales rep. Patrick was so engaging, respectful of my budget, and was able to answer all my questions and concerns! He was understanding and patience as well as he was not pushy when it came to upselling or asking if I needed anything else when it came to my mattress and bedroom set. He was very attentive, humours and personable! Huge thank you to him for helping me out today and making this experience pleasurable!

Great retail store with excellent choice of furniture and appliances. If the latest items are too pricey, you can always walk over to the outlet section and find exceptional deals. Patrick Leahey helped me out and had a great customer service experience with him. He suggested better options, showed us to use the website to effectively find what we needed. I’ll be getting all my furniture and appliance needs from here on.
