easyhome Lease-to-Own

They're nice to you at the beginning. I've been emailing with them this past week, and when I asked for my contract to be sent to me they stopped replying. I emailed soon after asking them to return my TV as I can't afford it anymore then they responded. They asked if they could lower payments, and when I said no, I have no income at this point in time when can we return it? They stopped replying. If it's something they don't want to hear, they will ignore you. I called their store during business hrs and they never answered either. I've called their district manager through head office because I've had no response. Hopefully it helps. Don't lease from them unless you know for sure you won't lose your income because by the time you're able to give your stuff back, your credit has gone down the drain. Also, they will try to add you on snap chat and Facebook as well. Don't add them! This is just a way to harrass you! They have your email and phone number, thats good enough!UPDATE: The owner ended up calling and talking to me about the situation and has resolved it with me. He was really nice and understanding and is going to correct what needs to be corrected.

I have has so many good calls with the people in this store at the beginning it wasn’t always great but this last 4 or 5 years has been awesome . The new manger amber is so nice . She cares about people I can tell . She was a delight to talk to and u look forward to more calls with her she really cares to help people

Fantastic experience with Amber! Always so friendly with every interaction I have ever had! She made sure to help me get exactly what I needed! Answered every question I had with out any hesitation at all and there were a lot of them! She was great ! And got me delivery for the very next day! Absolutely would recommend her & the stores services to friends and Family! :)

Helped us out so much in a time of need and super quick after we had a disaster and lost our belongings, they found what we needed and delivered promptly and are all SO friendly at this store! The approval is quick as well! We are forever loyal customers!

I really enjoy the customer service at the Stratford location. I was hesitant a year ago to do the whole “lease to own” product as I am aware you will end up paying more. HOWEVER! My experience with Stratford Easyhome has been fantastic. When I got my living room set a year ago (almost) they were quick with delivery even with needing to order it. They kept my budget in mind and were very friendlyFast forward to about a month ago, my TV unit broke by no fault of my own and instead of placing blame and telling me they can’t do anything about it, Amber did everything in her power to make it right. Every interaction I had with her was pleasant and understanding. She was very understanding and my product ended up being replaced (which I am very happy with).Furthermore, when I ran into some financial difficulties a few months back, Amber worked with me and was sympathetic to my situation.I really love Stratford Easy Home and would recommend highly.

What can I say. The service I and my family have received has been exceptional. Lisa works hard to make sure you get the products your looking for. The service if professional and friendly and the delivery service is great. If there are any problems Lisa will do everything she can to get it corrected immediately. Great job
