They never answer the phone, ….I called them many times, in last 4 months… i left the message also many times, but no one answer… it is a very bad customer service when you ignored people…..

Complete Window Coverings is the best! I ordered blinds for my entire home in 2017. The service was excellent and the blinds were beautiful. Fast forward to 2022, one blind had a tear in the cord used to open and close it.I called Carmine. Within 24 hrs he was here to pick it up for repair and had it back to me, fixed and reinstalled in 48 hrs. No charge! I was impressed with the quality and service when I purchased the blinds, but am even more impressed today. A wonderful company. Beautiful blinds and amazing customer service! Thank you Carmine!

If you're reading this I would strongly recommend you to try and find other quotes. They gave me a quote that was 4x higher than several others. When I asked why they did not reply.

Thank you to CWC for the amazing installation of complete black-out blinds at our office. Carmine provided the expertise and customizable service to fit the needs of a cardiology clinic. I can't stress enough how THRILLED we were to work with Carmine! My partner & I got two other quotes but he had the best price for what definitely looks to be the superior product.
