Was in communication for 3 weeks with owner Gavin and no work was ever completed on my riding lawn mower. Charged me $200 cash for a simple diagnostic and no work completed. The owner had texted me about likely needing to replace the spindles before the tech came out. Tech did not have any parts with him. Told the tech I needed the parts replaced ASAP. What followed was 1.5 weeks of miscommunication and no actual work. Disappointing.

I am extremely pleased with the service I received from On the Spot Repair. From the very beginning everyone on the team kept me informed on when they would be coming as well as the cost. This is definitely a well run and efficient company. Bill who serviced my machine was great. He looked at my machine and explained exactly what was required and even gave me suggestions on how to keep it in great running condition. I will definitely be using this service again.

The best and most professional service I have encountered in a very long time. From the initial contact through to making an appointment, confirmation emails and texts, all completed flawlessly. The mechanic, Bill, arrived earlier than expected, was exceptionally friendly. Diagnosed the problem in minutes and completed the repair in a very timely manner. The price was very reasonable. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Talk about speedy service! The tech arrived on time and was friendly, quick, and efficient.I had already done some trouble-shooting, and as I had surmised, the belt for the self-drive had slipped. If the transmission had failed, I told the tech that I did not want the mower repaired and there was no up-selling by the tech. I was told that On Spot also services snow blowers as well as lawn-mowers and other small equipment. I'm going to save myself a lot of effort if I use them for the mower's spring tune up/oil change next year. But if your equipment needs repair NOW, this at-your-door service will be hard to beat.

I had my snow blower repaired on the 22nd November 2022 by Owen. I did not use the machine due to a lack of snow.When i tried starting it last-week - it would not start.Sent message to on spot repair and had a appointment made for 30th Jan 2023.Owen showed up and explained my situation. Within 5 minutes Owen had the machine working. Wow!!!!! great service and Owen is very experience and very pleasant

My lawnmower was hard to start and when it did it cut out after a few minutes. Frank from On Spot Repair arrived on time at my house and worked on my mower. It now runs like new! Having the mobile shop is a great idea. Thanks Frank. I would highly recommend On Spot Repair for friendly and competent service!

Everything was great... once they arrived.Appointment was scheduled for 10am and technician did not arrive until 2:30pm. There was no call, text or update. I texted at noon, with no response and then called and left a message at 2 with no response until he showed up. I had planned to be in the office that afternoon, so it messed up my plans.Once the technician arrived, he was quick and serviced my powerwasher with no issues. All was great, other than the lack of communication re: arrival time.

I needed my snowblower fixed, it was not friing up. They came over and the tech did a fuel system repair and got it going. I wasalso having some problems with my pull cord (not crancking properly )and he looked at it and fixed it at no extra charge...I was very happy about that.I will use these guys again if I have too.
