Kamil and Gillian have been great!After doing a bunch of research ended up buying a unit at a very competitive price and local!Service has been fantasticHad a minor issue that Kamil determined could be a bigger issue, he came out and serviced unit under warranty free of chargeEnded up leaving unit with them to troubleshootUnit was taken apart and rebuilt, confirmed in good orderIt was then reinstalled at no cost!Can’t stress enough how nice they have been to deal withBuy your water softener from them, you’ll be glad you did!

Excellence is not just a word for Chris because he really cares about his customers before and after the sale. I had a circuit board fail and they had a new board sent to me within days to N.S. then followed up to make sure my treatment system was back in service, suggesting some settings and offering their experience. As a technical person with 30+ years experience myself I would recommend Canadian Water Warehouse every time.

No problem is too small at CWW, it seems. I went in to their offices for a small part for my leaking water filter and Rose quickly identified the part I needed and sent me on my way. I called back an hour later as I realized I needed a second one. She sent me the part by courier at no extra cost. Great service and really helpful.

I was very happy to discover Canadian Water Warehouse. They are very knowledgeable and have competitive prices even including delivery charges (which was a surprise after checking other stores). More importantly the staff - Connie, Jillian and Rose were extremely helpful assisting me in selecting a proper water softener. So the whole process turned out being less stressful than I expected. I recommend them highly!

I had some questions about a booster pump for my RO system. So I called in and spoke with Chris. We exchanged a few phone calls and we found the correct pump for what I needed. Ended up with a less expensive and easier to install delivery pump. I have never encountered such amazing customer service. Helpful, and really quite nice. The processed my order on the phone and I look forward to installing the pump. Helpful and considerate customer service is so hard to find, these folks have it in spades.

I just recently discovered cww and I can say I have been extremely pleased with the service I received. I spoke with Kamil and Jillian, and they were extremely helpful with the issues I had with my current water system being on a well. Cww is now going to be my go-to place for any thing I need related to products I buy for my water system. These people are great to deal with and have very competitive prices thanks Jillian ! -

After a couple of conversations, Canadian Water Warehouse came through and rectified the issue with shipping and for that I thank them. Looking forward to ordering additional filters. Thanks all.Previous post.....As a new customer, and ordering online, a business should come good to their consumers especially if we pay for shipping and and the shippers fail to deliver. Poor customer experience. Likely won't shop here again.
