True Balance Massage
I was having some pain and tightness in my forearms, neck and shoulders. After my first appointment with Tim I was already feeling MUCH better. He does the perfect mix of relaxation and deep tissue massage techniques. Not only am I feeling much better but he is also helping me with some postural exercises to keep me pain free between treatments. He also lets me pick the music! Thanks Tim!

This was my first massage session since I started working out, and it couldn’t get any better. Tim is really an expert in finding out pain and releasing blood flow from sore muscles. If you workout I highly recommend Tim.

Timothy is a knowledgeable massage therapist that truly cares about his practice and patients. Tim always knows how to find the area that I'm feeling pain and work with it so that I always leave feeling better then when I came in. Additionally, he displays his expertise by explaining the issue in a simple manner and provides at-home stretches to expediate the healing process.

I have had a nagging constant knee pain24/7 for years and tried everything massage Chiro, acupuncture stretches and nothing helped. 1 visit with Tim and the pain was gone!! I was amazed and had the best sleep with no knee pain for the weeks to follow. I will continue to see him.

Tim is very knowledgeable, professional and shows genuine interest in treating your areas of concern. I had my first appointment with Tim earlier this week, and after my session I could already feel a big difference, my lower back, glutes and hamstrings did not feel as tight. Before the session and after explaining to him where the pain was and what it felt like, Tim explained what my issues were and what needed to be done to get me better. I am glad I decided to book an appointment with Tim and I am looking forward to my next appointment. I highly recommend Tim if you are looking for good results.

Tim was phenomenal, he helped me pinpoint where my pain was coming from and this was the best experience i’ve ever had. I was dealing with a lot more tightness and discomfort than i thought. It’s been two days since my appointment and i feel like an entirely new person. I’ll be back!

I have been seeing Tim for over a year now. He has helped me a lot with my carpal tunnel and back pain that I experience day in and day out. I have been to many other massage places and they couldn't help me with my issues. I when to Tim for the first time and he helped relieved the tension on my lower back. Since then I have not gone anywhere else but Tim. I would recommend him to friends and co-workers.
