Receptionists are belligerent and Disrespectful. Owner Moe (who also owns ER X-RAY and Ultrasound) is offensive and Refused to provide us legally entitled copies of our reports. He was yelling at customers, threatening us if we complained about his bad service and evidenced Bully tactics. Doctors didn't answer our questions , and Refused to provide us our legally entitled reports. We were made to make Multiple visits for same issue. Apparently, the owner and doctors are interested in repeat billing from ohip cards, by clocking more visits from patients, and Abusing the system, and scamming for money. Washroom was filthy. Complaing to the owner Moe (who refused to provide his last name, or complete name, I. E. No Unique Identifier, No professional accountability) is of no use. He evidenced Vindictive Reprisal and Intimidation against us.Our phone messages were never returned. The phones were not answered during business hours. The voicemail box was full " whenever we called. The receptionist kept repeatedly interrupting us

Front staff is very nice and accommodating, the doctor listened to all my concerns and took time with me unlike most others who make you feel rushed. Dr Behnami is one of the nicest physicians I’ve ever encountered.

An appointment means nothing here, waited 3 days to see a doctor, my appointment was for 12pm still waited an hour to be seen, for the doctor to not even touch me but tell me to go home and take Advil for a workplace injury, he didn't even ask me the type of work I did. I couldn't believe it. He spent more time trying to figure out my personal background then about my injuries..While waiting to be seen a lot of patients walked out because of the time they spent waiting, I think I should have just done the same.Not sure if that Doctor was regular staff as it is a holiday today, hopefully he was not.

This is one of the worst walk ins I've visited. Doctor is always in a rush and doesn't seem to listen to concerns. The head of ultrasound technician is not nurturing at all, instead is very invasive and doesn't leave the room as you undress. While asking questions she will say things like You don't need to know that" so frustrating. Wait times are crazy

A walk in clinic thats open all days of the week?? amazing! last year I had a gnarly ear and throat infection and i couldn't take it anymore... on a sunday. Bad timing. I went into this seemingly new place and service was super speedy, the doctor (larger fellow, glasses, looks like children would climb up him for fun) checked me out, had a laugh with me, gave me my prescription and I never got the infection back. I came back to google to give the address to my mom and I saw how low the reviews were. totally not a representation of the clinic! they work so hard!

This place is so pathetic that this is my first ever ‘Walk out’ clinic.Never seen a Clinic as bad as this one. They make you wait for hours. They ask you to take multiple unnecessary scans and don’t share the reports to you.They’ll say the doctor will call you with the results, but you’ll never get a call.If you waste your time and follow up, the receptionists wont give a proper response.Update 1:It’s been 2 weeks since I took a x-ray for my neck. They’ve still not called me with the results. I checked with them in person twice and they told me the ‘doctor’ would call me. This place is a joke. Don’t waste your time.

You guys should name your click walk out clinic its been starting of the day and they replied no doctor is available till monday. What’s the point of opening the clinic if people have to walk out the clinic without getting treatment. So terrible and disgusting

I have done a shoulder xray and ultrasound at this clinic. The receptionist was helpful and efficient. Completed both exams in less than an hr. The clinic is sparkling clean. Highly recommend them.

To day I was sick and made an appointment in this clinic and all staff were nice and kind. Although, I waited a litttle more time for seeing doctor but he was so kind and patience and listened me completely and paid attention a lot with complete exam. I want to send my thanks to him and best staff. I suggest to all people this clinic.

It’s so ridiculous. I booked appointment with Dr. Alnhisi. Came by the time of appointment, there was no receptionist, only medical assistant of Ultrasound, they informed me that the doctor had emergency so he didn’t come to the office today. I was like ‘Really?’. The doctor couldn’t make it to the office, and medical assistant couldn’t even give patients a call for them not to waste their time going there? Very disorganized. The worst walk-in clinic I’ve ever gone to. Never again.
