Showed up at the last minute from out of town. They took me right in, had a bad U-joint, found it on our trip in. Dropped the trailer, couldn’t get in because of a holiday weekend. First thing Tue, I was back in business in 1 hr. No trying to put me off, great place with understanding people

They were also so accommodating staying open late for us and arranging for us to pick up the vehicle a day early. The price was fair and they made negotiations easy. I was looking for a new place to purchase my Ram from and it’s tough to find a dealership that isn’t dollar and cents oriented but really cares for their customers. I was recommended to this dealership, and specifically to Jamie Roonie. I was so happy with the service of the dealership. I felt welcome and part of the family there. If you’re in search of a place to purchase a Fiat Chrysler Vehicle, I highly recommend this dealership. 5 out of 5 stars.

Drove out to Arthur to look at a truck advertised on autotrader. Ended up buying a different model. Jamie Rooney, the salesman I dealt with, was honest, straight forward and didn't try to push the sale. No typical sales ploys, or pushiness many others attempt.Truck was ready to go at time set up, no hidden costs or surprises. Truck was spotless and had a full tank of gas.After sale help has been great as well, none of the ghosting once cheque was cashed familiar with many other places.I highly recommend trying this dealership if looking for a vehicle.Don't change a thing Jamie.
