Extremely disappointed with my experience with Luxe Suites. We moved forward with an application. As soon as I sent them my information and ID, they stopped the correspondence. After several follow-up emails and calls, I figured they have moved forward with another applicant without having the curtesy of notifying me. In my book, this is very unprofessional.
