Excellent! Worked with me and my specific needs postpartum. Assessed where I was at strength wise and went from there. 1:1 in my home. Brought exercise equipment needed to train. Listened to my needs and responded accordingly. Nutrition teaching provided. 5 star highly recommend. No complaints.
