I really enjoy the early 6:30 am morning classes.The space at Union 108 is so inviting and it is such a gentle, calm start to the day.Both Ro and Marli are amazing instructors for these early classes.I love beginning my day at Union 108!

Honestly, I cannot imagine doing yoga anywhere else. Apart from providing a gorgeous space to practice, Union will give you a sense of community. The teachers are passionate and always up for a chat. The other practicing yogis are so welcoming and friendly. Overall, I think of Union as more than just yoga studio and I wouldn’t have it any other way!

Getting back into yoga after a several year hiatus has been one of the best things I’ve done for myself lately. Union 108 is such a beautiful space and everyone there is so wonderful. It truly is a warm and welcoming community that has been so nice to have since moving to Arnprior this summer! If you needed a sign to join for the welcome month, this is it, you won’t regret it!

A gorgeous space with lovely and talented yoga instructors. I’m a bit obsessed and would go daily if I could. The website is excellent. The actual studio is sun soaked and stunning. Every instructor I’ve had so far has been knowledgeable and attentive. I’m so glad Union 108 is part of the Arnprior community.

I am so happy to have found Union 108! I work from home and sit all day, then go to the gym to lift weights. My hips have always been tight, shoulders unstable and I’ve never prioritized mobility before getting a membership at Union. I have noticed a huge difference in my mobility and stability since joining. I’ve become more mindful of my posture and breathing in my every day life, and have been able to move more weight in the gym, with reduced chance of injury.The variety of classes are great. Unwind helps me sleep, Unite is a good blend of movement and stretching, Stretch focuses on mobility, and Flow is such a great way to start the day. The teachers are fun and passionate about their work. The studio is beautiful and relaxing. 110% would recommend :)

I am very new to yoga and was very intimated to try it. One of my friends joined this yoga studio and told me about her amazing experience she had with all the yoga studio instructors. I had the most amazing experience there! Everyone is super friendly and accommodating! You feel at home and the space is absolutely stunning!

Union108 is a treasure in our little town of Arnprior. We are so lucky to have a beautiful, clean, inspiring, inclusive environment for all levels of yoga. Instructors are knowledgeable, kind and always there to help. Highly recommend, amazing group of people!

Absolutely amazing spot. The studio is stunning, super clean with great ambiance. All the staff and instructors are very warm and welcoming. While slightly unconventional Tom definitely has the best playlists that give a fun twist to the usual routine. I’ve been doing yoga for a few years and this has been one of the best experiences I have had. Highly recommend.
