Excellent service!Geoffrey at the Merivale (Nepean) location provided us with excellent, knowledgeable service. We were somewhat hesitant to order from Bath Depot, as the reviews here are not very favourable. However, our experience has been amazing. From the service in the store, to prompt threshold delivery (to a rural Quebec address where few deliver), to a price adjustment for a sale a week later...the service provided by Geoff Jackson has been courteous, professional and efficient. We are looking forward to the completion of our renovation with the beautiful pieces from Bath Depot. Thank you to Geoffrey and the Bath Depot (Nepean) team - we highly recommend your services!

We recently renovated our en-suite bathroom and sourced all the products from the Bath Depot in Nepean. We were very happy with their amazing customer service and they were helpful in picking out the products. Devon and Robert went above and beyond to ensure we had the best possible experience.

We are in the process of having our main bathroom completely renovated. After much research, we ended up shopping for all our needs at Bath Depot on Merivale Rd. In Nepean. We were extremely pleased with the service we received and the quality of the products. Robert Welsh helped us every step of the way and he answered our queries promptly, even on his days off. The staff and Robert made the whole process very pleasant. We would definitely use their services for our future projects. Very poor customer service. We purchased a bathtub as contractors and hired a plumber to install it. Upon opening the box, the plumber told me the bathtub had an issue with the drainer and he suggested that I returned it and got another one before we install a problematic tub and it has issues for our client in the future when they’d start using it. So, I took it back to the store as recommended by the plumber. The store associate I dealt with was not understanding. He told me they’d charge me 30% of its original price because I opened the box??! So, how else would I know it had an issue, by feeling its energy through the box? Ridiculous. I tried to reason with them and explain that it doesn’t make sense to pay $300 for returning the unused, brand new, uninstalled bathtub, but I felt hopeless. They weren’t listening. I left very disappointed and I even told them I would leave a bad review and tell my clients to avoid this store and the response was “I don’t care.” At least he was honest about that, it was clear he didn’t care. I’ll never step in this store again. I am $300 out without a product. It is insane to do something like this to your customers in this economy.

Worked with Robert. These guys were great! We stumbled in there by pure chance. We were in the neighbourhood and were curious as we had a bathroom project on the go. We were originally just going to get a new vanity from Ikea, however once we saw their styles we knew that we'd get a much more unique and cool looking bathroom with one of the BD options. We love our new vanity!

Great staff. No pressure sales tactics at all. Devon was helpful and direct and followed up with me as soon as my order was in. Order was on time. The products are great and it was waiting for me on the loading dock when I arrived. All in all, I had a great experience and highly recommend this store.

I'm outfitting 2 full bathrooms and I needed 2 tubs...2 showers setups...2 toilets and a bunch of other stuff and it was a little daunting. The staff at Bath Depot Nepean took a lot of the stress off of me!!! My salesperson was this cute little guy named Geoff who was extremely helpful and honest. He helped me pick out everything I needed and had great recommendations. Steered me clear of huge potential headaches too! I am very grateful for that!!The Warehouse manager, William, was amazing too, so helpful and what an interesting guy! He took care of everything from install recommendations to making sure we had the right vehicle for pickup. The products themselves are great. Everything arrived on time. I'm very happy with the service and products from this store. Thank you SO MUCH!!! The Bathrooms are looking AMAZING!

We had such an amazing experience at Bath Depot, Nepean. Robert was so impressive. His knowledge and understanding made our experience great. We just have so many good things to say about this place. They excel both in customer service and quality of products. If you are thinking of renovating your bathrooms, check them out.
