The Staffing Connection

Had a horrible time with staffing connection the manager was really rude and ignorant and they take advantage of foreign people. I think they should learn etiquettes and management themselves first.

Ohh where to start... they are incredibly rude and inconsiderate. They humiliated and degraded me after I got severely hurt at work. Forced me into doing work that was causing pain to the injury and bruising on my legs, then proceeded to ignore my attempts to find an alternative solution that would allow me to do the work with less pain. I got yelled at and treated like trash all while having a smug look on his face. He tried to say I faked my injury despite proof and tried using my daughter while degrading me. They tried to not pay me for my first day months ago but I fought it until I received it. They are unprofessional and disorganized, nothing about Staffing Connection is worth it even if you are desperate for work. Go to People Ready, they respect their employees and don't play with pay.

Very rude manager ( seems to be a pattern on here) maybe they should just fire her already. they feel they are entitled to your information and lie to you to get it. Don’t waste your time

Wasted my time, spent 45 minutes on hold today.Woman at the desk is beyond unprofessional and really needs to learn some social skills. job placement was great and staffing dropped the ball really bad. my placement was awesome but having staffing connections involved ruined the entire experience i wouldnt recommend. lady made me feel stupid and spoke to me like a child

Misleading to began with, constantly over reaching. Lacking in understanding towards those seeking help. Not worth the aggravation and hardship.

I have been a client of TSC for the last few years. We have had a lot of difficulties hiring on our own in the past year, like a lot. Rebecca and Josh were so excellent when we requested their help finding a new member for our team. We needed someone who could work in a niche industry and be adaptable and skilled in many different areas, we were looking for a candidate that could operate an entire area of our business with little supervision. Rebecca knew what we wanted, and she knew we were picky. It didn't take long and Rebecca found us our perfect match.We will continue to work with TSC for our temporary staffing needs as well as when we need help finding new permanent staff. I also recommend reaching out to them if you have been experiencing any issues with hiring or retention, you wont be let down.

I’m a wheelchair user, and they asked if I had steel toe work boots. And after seeing that I was in a wheelchair, they informed me there were zero positions available for me and sent me out the door without even checking. Not a call back, nothing from them. They say they accommodate disabilities, and that’s false. The man working there 100% discriminated against me without even letting me prove myself. Absolutely despicable behaviour. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Told them i had a bad back they said they could accommodate but they gave me a physically demanding job when i have a back injury and i fully disclosed this information when applying they told me it was fine and they could find me work but they lied to me and did not accommodate my disability. Anyone with any type of disability i would stay away.

Waste of time your better off going out and getting a job with out the help of these people. Was told I had an interview for 9am not 3 hours worth of paper work I got kids and a life. Better off doing it your self it'll save you time and money

The lady sitting as receptionist /manager , is so racist and ill minded that she doesn't know how to talk.she has zero work spave ethic n extreme rude. Pathetic human being m psychopath.she literally needs help so that somebody would teach him ethics n work spce traits. I think mangmnt should should talk this seriously bcz not me but alot of people suffered n humiliated bcz of her sick mind n attitude. Plz
