Absolutely horrible service by an employee named Jess " .Jess is very rude and unfriendly and she does not care about customer satisfaction.I don't think she should be in the customer service section instead she should be working in the warehouse as far away as possible from the customers.She doesn't use appropriate language to address customers and does nothing to resolve customer issues.The other staff here are friendly but Jess is simply terrible."

Okay what's not to like: Easily accessible by subway get off at Vaughan station (Wilson Avenue) short walk. Easily get there by car. Ample parking a contractors and DIY one stop shopping for tools and lumber and home renovations.Knowledgeable friendly accessible staff always around.

Home depot is a store you find anything you need for home DIY or renovations. They have garden outdoor store also starting spring time. This is a huge store, tons of parking. Costco and others shops is within the vicinity. Service is ok though lesser worker I observed. Products are good. Price is ok.

Generally I great great help here so 4.5 stars for that but this review is about their KEY CUTTING SERVICE...DO NOT USE THEM TO CUT KEYS. I am going back a second time after the 1st and 2nd key didn't work. Do you realize how frustrating this is as I had a problem running back and forth from a job site so it cost me 100s of dollars in lost time

The cleanliness of the facility was also notable, making it a pleasant environment to shop in.Thank you for providing a great shopping experience. I will definitely be returning to Home Depot for my future home improvement needs.

If only I can give 0 stars at this location. There's also another guy waiting for the keys to get copied. Meet is busy with another customer, so I've asked the lady working at the self checkout place and no one came. This is the the first and last Home Depot store I'll enter. After waiting for a very long time, I told her to cancel that call of whoever is coming to help me. That person will be coming in 30 minutes anyway. There are so many of workers walking around and that was very annoying. Good image for this store!

This location thinks it's a good idea to have only self-checkout, especially beside a Costco lol. I decided to get flooring elsewhere after seeing that. In advance of their reply, I have no interest to follow up via private message. They can reply when they have cashiers.

My parents went shopping for plumbing parts today. They just had some quick questions, but that Asian staff was impatient and told them to find the answer on YouTube and then he LEFT!!!I mean, if customers can find everything on YouTube, why do they visit the store and ask for help? There was a gentleman who NOT EVEN WORKING FOR Home Depot helped my parents. He is a customer. None of the Home Depot staff helped my parents when they were in need.I always believe that Home Depot offers the best customer service but this time I am disappointed.

Garden centre is good and people are quite helpful there, otherwise, in-store, can’t find products I need, management is bad and allow employees to pass the buck over to the manager who doesn’t even address things- simple questions etc.I asked for a refund on an online order purchased day before and they simply cancelled it, no money back, now I have to spend more time fixing this when I gave them the order details and all the information asked for..both in store and on the phoneThis store is a huge waste of time, I’m sorry to say, and sorry for the couple of employees that were helpful. I think this store is just very poorly managed, don’t care for customers, and Very inefficient.Please help me with my refund.NOT coming back

Unfortunately there is no negative stars. I would have given negative stars. I even forgot the date they installed our blinds. They sent some guy to install our blinds and as you can see from the pictures the guy broke our window and installed the wrong way. Worst part is I wasn't at home my wife was at home and she is pregnant. He was very rude to my wife. Refused to install the right way and denied that he broke the window. We did complain to a manager months passed and we are still waiting for an answer to someone to come check what's going on.. our baby girl is due 22nd April. And we are a little busy. I'm asking someone to take care of our situation please. As soon as I have time and our situation is not taken care of I think I'm going to sue...
