Pros:- Good location- Good kitchen cabinet materialCons:- The real thing DOES NOT EVEN COME CLOSE to matching concept photos- Promoted the building as a luxury condo, but it looks extremely cheap- Cheap window frame with plastic frame going across the middle of the window, blocking view- Cheap balcony material- Cheap windows- Cheap kitchen hood fan (it's a $130 fan, cheapest one you can find on Amazon)- Cheap closet rack- Sloppy construction. Chipped cabinet doors, scratched surfaces, dented fridge, dented dish washer- Cheap flooring- Cheap washers/dryers- Bathroom shower head was crooked- Caulking is completely missing in bathroom- Doors squeak- Customer care does not care about you. They do nothing for you and will help you with nothing

I have had nothing but issues since purchasing a unit with FRAM. I've been trying to get answers to a question for about 5 months now and still have not gotten a response. They put in a system they claim to be energy efficient, expect it runs all the time and wastes energy causing the hydro bill to be through the roof. The experience has been so awful that I have contemplated selling it before closing.

Great development team, i needed renovations done and they came through and did everything i asked them to. Not sure why so many bad reviews, most likely fake, but would give these guys more than 5 starts if possible.

Dealing with Jennifer Quesnelle from Fram Building Group was the worst part of buying a condo that I have ever experienced! As someone who works in this industry I expect a way higher caliber of service. She’s either lazy, unmotivated, or she’s incompetent. She got everything wrong with the design products that i have chosen for the apartment from color to texture.Spent half day picking the right option for the place and I guess she decided to either take the wrong notes or just implement her own ideas/ changes for the place.Now that the apartment is done there is not much I can do about it.Please avoid working with her.

We are in the process of our second new build with Fram..... on Georgian Bay...... and couldn’t be more excited.We thoroughly enjoyed living in our condo in this development but decided to sell and purchase one of the new town homes.Although we have experienced the frustrations and stresses inherent in every new build, when these situations arise, we have always been treated exceptionally well by Fred Serrafero who gets the job done. His friendly, professional approach has been extremely helpful in resolving our issues.We look forward to our next move into The New Shipyards later this year.

This is my third time writing a review as they keep deleting them. If was to repurchase, I would avoid Fram at all costs.

Currently living in my second home built by FRAM and very happy with it. Like any developer they have their issues, but overall much better than most I've dealt with in the past. Best thing about their approach is how the involve the community when building, really important to me. - Jim C

Without a doubt, Fram Building Group has the worst condo customer service followup performance of any organization that I have ever dealt with. I would never buy a Fram condo again.
