I have been attending for few years and it is the best I have seen in Scarborough. It is a very respectful environment by acknowledging yoga's roots and origin. Instructors are amazing with lot of insight and very culturally aware of what they are teaching. Eastern principles and practices are valued and respected.

Love this place. The atmosphere is really nice and the people are great and welcoming. On my first class, was a bit self-conscious. Most people seem to be doing all the poses better than me. But, the teachers are so good and I’ve become a lot more comfortable. It’s a great way to just sweat out all the toxins. Highly recommend.

Don't go there with a Groupon voucher. They will nickle and dime you until you end up paying the full price. And if you complain - wow - the staff is snotty and sarcastic and make you feel like somehow you are at fault.Yoga is supposed to make people feel better, but if you go to this location with a Groupon voucher, you will leave feeling a lot worse. The instructors are okay, but the staff is really rude.

First time at this studio, tried their Aerial yoga with Connie. She's wonderful, very hands on helpful and makes you feel at ease. Will definitely come back for he class. Pricing is a bit inconsistent. Person over the phone said one price, different than the website for drop in and then at the cashier gave me another price. Confusing and a little weird. Will bring a GF and give it another try with Connie for sure.

I love the studio. Teachers are amazing and the owner Jacob is the sweetest man in the world! The community is amazing and there are classes that are open to all levels. If you’re hesitating to try it, you won’t regret it I promise!
