Bought a guitar from them through Reverb. The main reason I'm leaving a Google review in addition to my Reverb review is Chris messaged me through Reverb several days after I received the guitar to make sure it was received in good order and I was happy with it. These kind of things go a long way with me! Keep up the good customer service Chris it's much appreciated.

Absolutely brilliant service from beginning to end.Chris always took the time to answer all my questions before, during and even after sale. Guitar arrived really, REALLY well packaged and in perfect condition. Shipping rate was very reasonable and delivery was quick and efficient.This is a store that values good old fashioned levels of high customer service, all delivered in a genuinely friendly way; customer care here means they actually care that their customers are happy with every aspect of their purchasing experience.Highly recommended.

I’ve never visited the store in person, so this review is for their e commerce platform.I bought a record that I’ve been looking for in Ontario and everywhere online, couldn’t find it anywhere. I found it here and purchased it.Unfortunately the inner sleeve came damaged from the pressing factory, but that’s ok. It came super fast to Ontario, it plays well and I’m super happy. Thanks!

Made a purchase online and item was shipped and received promptly, have wanted a lefty tonewood amp for ever and very happy with it. Just to add to this 5 star review. I called the store in advance to ask questions and Chris was very informative on the phone. I dropped in later tonight and the shop was pretty busy. Chris did well to handle my questions, service my bass, and sell me a new turntable and bass amp.
