Are these guys still living in 1970? 1 day to “process” order. Broken website. Needs 3 phone calls to order. 4 days to ship order from Victoria to Vancouver. No pickup service available. I’d have to pay about $1000 if I wanted a complete set of hard copies for bylaws and building codes shipped to me which seems an awful lot like a tax to just see and understand the governments rules that they could fine or shut your business down or tow your car away for. The icing on the cake…the Purolator service they use is then signature only so when they deliver the first and only time and you are not home to receive, then you have to travel to a different city to manually pick up anyways. I wonder if this bloated government office of “technology, innovation, and citizen services” which administers this farce even knows that Amazon does next day delivery on books with free shipping? Clearly they fail on every single part of their namesakes objectives with this printing and book division. Do yourself a favour and try to buy a used copy on Amazon or Abe books first to save yourself the misery of dealing with this bloated antiquated and dysfunctional government ministry. Plus you will save days and hundreds of dollars not using this government “service”.
