First time going & I will be returning! Very pleasant and informative staff, who didn't overcharge and completed the work in a good time frame. I typically go to bigger name places but after calling to get my winter tires on and hearing I could be taken the same day, instead of waiting for 4 weeks, I was won over.

This place damn well saved my life! I went to another shop in the Napanee area complaining that my car did not feel right and my break light was on. Something was wrong with my brakes/tires. They told me that everything was fine and proceeded to put summer tires on my car and had me on my way. I went back a day later and said no please check again

My friend and I needed 2 tires replaced yesterday on the car we were in, both tires needed to be put on rim's and then we needed them installed. We pull into the garage at 4:45pm and they close at 5 on a Friday. They were more then happy to help us and gave us a better deal then the 3 other garages that we had called and got quotes from the local area... Thank you so much again we definitely will be back!!!!

In the past I have turned to O'Neil's for repairs. I remember a few years back my alternator went in the morning, and I had to work in the afternoon. Well, not only did they get me in, they got me back on the road before my shift! Well this time, I decided to buy one of the used vehicles. Well I gotta say, the quality is excellent, the price right, and even got some warranty on it! They bent over backwards to work with my schedule to get me on the road fast, I'm very impressed with the service. We need more places like this that know how to treat others.

Great guys. Stopped out of the blue when passing from Kingston. Just had the winter tires installed and the car was shuddering. Was afraid the rim would fly off and noticed O’Neils when passing by. They took my car in right in no problem after about a 2 minute wait. Torqued the nuts and I was on my way again with peace of mind. Charged me next to nothing for it. If I lived closer I’d use these guys for everything.

I showed up unannounced on a Thursday afternoon on my way to a 5 hour drive up north. My air conditioning had stopped working and it was 38 with humidity. Along with me driving up north were my 2 dogs. The owner greeted me and assured me all would be fixed. He didn't lie, a short wait and I was on the road and not in debt. Great shop and customer service.

Stay away from these ppl.I'm new to Kingston and was looking to have safety done for my car since i was buying it from lease to own.First issue :I was quoted $767 for safety and total brake job done.I knew that i had to replace brake pads and rotors too.I dropped my car and pick it up next evening. He charged me $20 extra for the clip. IDN what clip he was talking about.I tried to ask him twice if he could give me some explanation.he said in the his grumpy voice : Come on It is just a $20". Like seriously ?i didn't want to argue and paid extra $20.Second issue : I rarely drive on highway 401. I use my car for commute to work. After 1 week

I was charged over $600.00 for a wheel bearing replacement on my Cadillac SRX. A few days later, a plastic cable tie they used to secure the harness broke, allowing the harness to wrap around the axle.This destroyed the new bearing, & they refuse to give me even partial compensation for another new bearing.
