Never responds to messages or emails. Have been leaving messages for 3 weeks and no replies. Had same issue last year. Took many weeks to reply. Giving up now and moving on to find someone who actually provides better customer service.

They did a great job of grooming my dog. They make sure anmails a free of fleas before they come into the building with note posted to door. They a also very friendly.

Not pet supplies but a friendly efficient pet groom.er..only one my dog likes and behaves for...only one who has never hurt or upset him...from those we have tried...good value as well..in home
