Great place, awesome view! Beach access. Close to almost anything you need. Staring to get more crowded since the new coffee shop came in. Still it's a nice place and good location.

I lived there when I was 16, I'm now 73..seems the lobby hasn't been improved since then, elevator not working..my dad help build that place..it needs an update for sure..in summer hallways are so very hot...heating system needs changed....
