Pleasant Park Grooming

The girls take their time and treat my babies like their own. They always look fantastic after a grooming. Would highly recommend!

Brought my dog Tucker in for grooming. He looks amazing. The staff were soooo good to him and extremely nice. Will definitetly go back. Give this place a 5 star

i brought my dog scooby to stay here for 5 days and he had a great time! i was happy to hear that he got lots of attention and treats from everyone, and the people that work here are just so great and they were so easy to get in contact with and are very helpful and understanding, i’m definitely gonna bring my pup back!!!

My precious dog was boarded there almost two years ago because an arrangement we made for while we were out of country fell through. Our dog did not want to leave when we came to pick him up! Staff were wonderful with him and let him out daily to sit with them in the office and play chase with him. They sent me updates while I was a way. Additionally, my dog had been groomed improperly someplace else and as a result his coat would not grow back. Pleasant Park groomed him and his coat started coming back! After two years, his coat is now full. They just did a grooming and he looks beautiful. Will not take him anywhere else for a grooming.

My wife and I brought our 150lb Mastiff, Kadayo, for a two night stay and I have nothing but nice things to say. After having a horrible experience at a different boarding place in Windsor, prior to finding Pleasant Park Kennels, I was nervous about his stay. But all nerves went away upon dropping him off, the staff was friendly and professional and ensured that he was in great hands. When I picked him up this morning, the staff mentioned how good and well behaved he was. We will definitely be bringing him back in the future and are so happy that we found a place where we can confidently board our gentle giant. Thank you all so much!

We just boarded our three dogs there for a weekend. Their first time away from home. Clean. Efficient. And very dog friendly. Lauren is top notch. We will happily use their services again in the future.

Excellent Kennel and staff loves what they do. We trust leaving our puppy with them. Everyone is very friendly and they care for our pets just like they are theirs.Thank you all, very much appreciated. He had an amazing time.

Regrettably we will not be returning. The staff is pleasant and when the grooming is done completely it is done well.A number of poor experiences have left us looking for a new groomer.First issue was weight based charging. Our dog is 40lbs and has repeatedly been charged in the over 55lbs pound category of large breed due to vague reasoning based on her size. If you’re charging by weight charge by weight.Second on multiple occasions they have not accurately predicted time, resulting in not entirely complete grooming services.Last and most recent the grooming could not be completed due to the dog not cooperating. This is understandable, however she was again charged in the over 55lbs category and we were not made aware of the issue until 60 minutes prior to the intended completion time, dropped off at 9 and informed at 1pm. They could not complete grooming services and we were charged for a large specialty bath and brush. The dog returned with matted hair. We were charged for the large breed dog when our dog falls by weight into the smaller category.This is overall poor service we will not be returning.

Jess has been grooming our dog Cujo for the last few years and we couldn’t be happier! With previous groomers, Cujo would be visibly anxious and appeared to be upset for days after his grooming session. This all changed when we started taking him to Jess. The moment we tell him where he’s going, he runs to the door. When we pick him up, he’s normally cuddled up near her and is wagging his tail as he leaves. Jess always gives him the perfect haircut and is always able to schedule us in quickly. We are so happy we finally found the perfect fit for our dog. He adores Jess and so do we!
