Réno-Dépôt Boucherville

POOR Online Service. I ordered 2 Urn Planters online from this store. Of course my money was taken immediately. Over a week later I had to get customer service involved as the items were yet to be shipped. A week after that, the items were finally shipped from the Lasalle store! A few days later I got the shipment. The items were little square planters and not the large Urn planters ordered. To make matters worse, these 2 small planters looked like they had been kicked around the warehouse for 3 months and/or already returned by someone previously! One even had a hole in the bottom! Customer service has failed to answer my several emails or phone calls so therefore I am leaving this review. I do not recommend online orders from this store as they are simply inadequate. They will take your money, substitute your order and then ignore you so they can keep your money. Reno Depot has a long way to go to catch up to Home Depot!!

By far the best Reno-Depot or any of this type of store I've ever been to. Went there for gazebo cover but was well advised by Florian and Mostafa! Excellent!!! After headed to the paint department and same level of service by Audrey-Ann! Baravo to the workers and whoever running this store, keep it up!

Great place for tools, tiles, wood.

pro counter is lacking service compared to my other reno depot pro desk.but overall this reno depot has alot of selection and is less busy so in and out is faster.

Staff are helpful, and there is a large selection of material and building tools, as well as pre-assembled furniture. Bought a vanity online and was able to pick it up next day and I was surprised to see it only needed minimal assembly.

I went here yesterday and had a special online order,first when I called I gave bill to employe and he said well go see if you find your blocks, then he asked and noone could find it the store is a mess and noone knows how to give customer service. And employees are lost.I am never going back to this store I don't know who is running the shop. But it's really bad...

Best store they really have all and I mean all what you need for your renovations ++ more. If you haven't found what you need elsewhere, you certainly will find it at Reno-Depot.

Awful customer service. Don’t bother calling for assistance, you’re going to be told to figure it out for yourself. Sometimes it’s worth paying for the more expensive alternative just to get better customer service.
