Paid 145$ for hybrids and they came out looking like classics, 100% understandable the girl doing them is new but should not be charging that price as a beginner, went to another lash artist and she was shocked at the condition my lashes were in as well as the price I paid for what I had gotten. customer service was not great either I messaged my concerns 24 hours later and then was told it was because she new and we that we could do a fill that would be $40-70. Not impressed, anywhere else but here for lashes.

Twice I went to get my hair trimmed, but I didn't get what I asked for. I'm very disappointed in this, that me as a customer was not even being heard. Not happy with this establishment.
