Minute Muffler Brake & Wheel

We had a pretty straightforward transaction there, but three things stood out to me.1. They don't charge for inspecting. I've always had to pay for mechanics to figure out what is wrong. I love that I didn't have to here.2. They recommended another place to someone who came in when they couldn't accommodation his needs.3. This is the biggest one. There was a Senior who came in with mobility issues and they went out of the way to help her. Her part was under warranty but she would have had to go somewhere else and then get them to transfer it which would have been hard for her to do, they did some thing I didn't really understand so she wouldn't have to go back and forth. Also one of the technicians helped put her walker in her car, and did it happily while chatting with her. It was just am excellent customer service transaction to witness.As someone who has some mobility issues myself, and who will likely have more in the future, it's something that always stands out to me. Some places are accommodating, some are not, Minute Muffler didn't even make it seem like they were accommodating her, it was more like of course we are going to do this. Why wouldn't we?". Excellent to see. We'll definitely go back there for any muffler or alignment needs."

Customer service here is excellent! They were super friendly, super quick and saved me thousands by being able to repair vs having to replace my exhaust!

The other shop wanted to charge me $3000,00 dollars for the same job Minute Muffler charged me $175.00 dollar for. I will ALWAYS bring my business to Minute Muffler from here on in.

Maybe the best car repair experience I’ve ever had. They welded my muffler to stop it rattling and didn’t charge me a dime. They were fast, and everyone I spoke to was super friendly. Great people. I am so impressed.

I went to Minute Muffler to get a second opinion on an inspection and quote for my brake system. The other mechanic was quoting me for $1176.89 more than Minute Muffler for unnecessary services (including front brake system servicing and replacement). It took me about a week to get in for an appointment at Minute Muffler, but it was worth the time. They deal honestly, and are transparent with what services are required for your vehicle.

Had my truck in to have the exhaust pipe and resonator fixed. The mechanic was very quick, did a great job and the lady at the counter was polite and courteous. It only cost me $118 which I was pleasantly surprised. I will not hesitate to go here again.

Nice staff lower than what I was expecting pricing and quick turnaround time. I've brought my exhaust in a couple times for minor issues so no appointment was needed so I just showed up first thing in the morning, as it's first come first serve on that particular part. A+ service!

Was here the other day for a minor repair.They took us in right away.The price was very fair and the work was done very quickly. Defiantly recommend coming here for muffler repair work.
