It was the first time I had tried Booster Juice, and I came with my niece and we were pleasantly surprised by the helpful staff who guided us through the menu. Michaella did an excellent job helping us pick out the Lemon Berry to try, and we would definitely recommend it!

I have been coming to this location for a couple of months now and let me to tell you, I have never been treated so nicely as a customer. The way the staff here greets you and are willing to help you decide on a choice is 10/10 for customer service.

I just left this location and the customer service is not up to par.I was the second person inline and one of the employees decided to serve customer who approached her on the side, not by the cash, she glady assisted him first.I was waiting before him, in fact while I was waiting, I seen him enter the mall through the doors and look around, then approach her.In addition, to that, after she took his order, I approached the cash and she told me to wait a minute.As I was previously ignored, I elected to leave and purchase a beverage elsewhere.The customer service reps name is Haseen.This is not acceptable customer service.

I do not know whose writing it is but this worker works at Billings and she wrote this on all 8 drinks! I know we order big. It just made my day. And I couldn't put the pic on the review. She use to do smiley faces but today she went extra writing have an amazing day! I could thank her as it was delivered through skip.

Got there 10 min before closing time to get something and got the “We’re closed” by the employee. When I asked what time it closed at she said 1700. It was 1650. When I made the remarks, she said angrily “And I said we’re closed”. I think this is unacceptable. I worked in the fast food business and the store closed at the hour it said and if there were customers inside they were to be served. Stuff was to be put away or cleaned after. I understand that it’s a booth in a mall but it should still close when the mall itself close. Also the employee didn’t have to be so rude about it.

Terrible customer service. the girl who took my order (19:20 pm. May 19th) was rude and unprofessional. She did not sanitize her hands after touching the cash. She used the same hands to take the veggies out of the fridge and she cut them on the counter without any gloves. Very distugsting and I'll be looking into this and report it for further sanitary investigation. will not be returning to this place

I would like to start by saying the review from Kayla Marie is inaccurate as the store was not open around that time. But also that this store brings together a community. The staff is full of unique individuals, which have costumers coming back just to chat.
