They have a great variety of flowers and the best prices in town. Cannot beat their prices on any flower, no matter what. They always seem to have the most beautiful flowers and so many different colors to choose from. I don't know how they do it but they have a great customer service department with a very knowledgeable staff who is always ready to help you out if you need anything or just want some advice on what flower would be perfect for your occasion.

Michael buys my Flowers from this place, and I have yet to be disappointed!!! He always tells me of the patience and attention to detail that the ladies in the store give him, when selecting arrangements for me! The arrangements always bring tears to me eyes, and I never ever grow tired of seeing the beautiful creations that come home to me :)) well done ladies!

I’ve finally found the Best Flower Shop in Kelowna and the Okanagan. I live out of town and I needed a reputable place to buy flowers for my parents. The staff were all professional, friendly, and knowledgeable on their competitively priced products. Thanks so much for the great service! I will be using annually:)

Ordering from abroad.I found the website easy to use. I also called in to make a last minute change and was happily surprised when I was greeted by the actual person IN store! instead of a call centre.They keep a Good selection for quite a few occasions with kind, detailed, and lightning fast service!!!
