Galaxy was very helpful. Kind people. Start to finish. Most important was key details shared by finance staff. I happened to deal with the Nanaimo location. Was very easy. Vehicle working out great. Def get the warranty package and talk to the insurance person at Langford for best prices. Save you some bucks. All in all was great purchase.

Pretty choked with my experience, not gonna' lie. Salesman was great & everyone was plenty friendly, however. . . the vehicle had a couple issues off the lot that were promised to be fixed. Took the car down to the Nanaimo Galaxy Service & was brushed off pretty quickly when they realized I live south island. Told me to see the Langford location, & that it would be no problem. ( I could not help but notice them whince when they realized who inspected" the vehicle. ) Once I got down there the Langford location seemed great

Cold, wet, windy day, as I pull into Galaxy Motors to checkout their vehicle stock. As it was so miserable outside, I didn’t expect a salesman. However, with a friendly smile, with a wave of his hand pops out Kevin. Politely he inquires about my desires, and instantly comes up with a solution! No repeating myself, not sent looking around in frustration. Kevin was seamless in listening, solving my needs, and making the whole experience very pleasant! If you’re looking for a friendly, honest person to connect with, Kevin is the man. I’ve waited to write my survey, until a month after purchasing, because after sale customer service is important as well. I dropped in twice, Kevin noticed me even before I exited my vehicle, and came out to greet me. Always taking time to make sure everything was perfect for me. Bravo.

My pickup was totaled just after Christmas in an unfortunate black ice accident so I needed to find a reliable vehicle as soon as possible.Jewel and Dan at Galaxy in Nanaimo set me up quickly and efficiently with a great little vehicle. There were a couple of minor issues that needed attention and Dan made sure that those issues were taken care of by the service dept. in a prompt and efficient manner. During this time, a very nice loaner car was made available to me.Thanks for all your help you two. I'm back on the road again and loving my used Subaru hatch-back!

John Kayran helped me find the right vehicle for me and my family. We went to visit Greg, wanting to buy an SUV. We had gone to Hyundai originally and they were of no help. Greg made us comfortable immediately. There were no high pressure sales tactics. He allowed us to look at what was on the lot, and take our vehicle of choice for a test drive. He did not set up any false expectations with us, which was so appreciated. He and Christine worked together to get us into the vehicle we wanted. Christine also went above and beyond to get us a better interest rate than what we were originally approved for. Both made us feel at home and it was a fairly easy and comfortable process. Greg is absolutely fantastic to deal with, and Christine is fantastic with the financial side of things. Would definitely go there again in a heart beat.

What a great experience! People were thoughtful and very helpful throughout the process. Many hilarious moments and felt zero pressure to buy a vehicle. We didn't feel detained or forced to stay hours on end.
