The guys were fantastic. I came in to get 4 links placed on my rolex. And they did it within 10 minutes. They were so kind. And very reasonable. This is my second time here. I came the first time when Brian Michael's referred me to get a battery placed in my citizens eco watch a couple of years ago. And known about them ever since. I'm glad to see their still in business ☺️

Affordable and honest pricing. Staff really know their merchandise and changed batteries faster than anywhere else I've been too. They really just deal in wrist watches and pocket watch but they do sell and repair cuckoo clocks oddly enough.

This is the best watch repair in town! As a bonus, everyone who works there is knowledgeable, friendly and simply great.

Damaged my watch down to the metal! Brought my watch in to have a new band put on. They ordered the band directly from Bulova supposedly, but after they installed it I immediately noticed the new band was very worn out already. They agreed this new band looked like it was already used. Then when I was about to leave (with the old band put back on) I looked at the watch and realized they damaged it while replacing the band! As you can see in the picture, this was clearly done by someone taking off the band with a tool and the tool hitting the watch. This watch has never been taken to any other shop before. In response, I was told I am “making a mountain out of a mole” and it wasn’t a big deal! I thought I was bringing my watch to professionals so it wouldn’t be damaged. Wrong I guess. You would think they were insured to replace things that they damage, but apparently not. So, now I have a damaged watch and no new band (which I had already paid them for) and they will do nothing to replace/have the watch fixed. Don’t risk your watch being damaged here!

I’m leaving WW right now, happy. Why? Because I bought some watches from here many moons ago. I did not have my battery receipts, and still the owner honored the lifetime battery warranty. Of course he didn’t have to do that but he did. Nothing but class. Service was prompt, and on the spot. This is the place to go for all your watch needs.

Great store with an array of different watches. Price points vary from Bullava to one of my favorites ..Fossil. Staff is knowledgeable. Highly recommend this place across the street from Boulevard Mall.

we bought a watch for my wife 10 years ago and have had the battery changed at no charge like 3 to 4 times ..

Really like this place for battery replacements. 13.50ish with tax to replace a batter in my Skagen. I also had them replace a battery in my ESQ. They come with a 1 yr. warranty and takes them about 10 minutes to do the work.

I needed a new battery for my watch and they fixed it in a few minutes. Very professional.

Stopped in with 6 watches for repair ranging from links, pins, batteries, and resizing. All watches were done within 15 minutes and the price was absolutely fantastic. This was my first experience here and i have nothing but great things to say about the staff, owner, and overall customer experience. Thank you and will definitely be recommending to anyone interested in purchasing or repairing a watch.
