Greendale Petro-Pass

Would not go here again. After putting over 700 liters of fuel in my truck I was told that I could not park there for more than 4 hours. I explained that I was out of hours to drive the lady told me I still had to leave. I will fuel in Kamloops from now on. I know I can stay there overnight.

Good place when a trucker needs fuel, especially in winter when your going back towards the Coquihalla Hwy, good showers plus friendly service, the staff keep it well maintained. And the sandwiches you buy here are actually really good.

Nice showers but i see them waking up truck drivers to leave. Which doesnt seems nice. Most of the staff is friendly except one middle age lady seems like manager.

Horrible experience for TRUCKERS needing to rest!The lot was full on a Friday night and this lady from the petrol pass was going around with a clip board to bang on truckers doors and wake them up demanding a fuel receipt in order to stay parked but still stated there was a 4hour limit for parking!We were parked first and had to wait for reload ,spending money there,and truckers run out of hours and need a place to sleep... so stop interrupting truckers much needed sleep!!!Instead of trying to kick truckers out of spots why don't you make a bigger lot, because obviously there are not enough places for trucks to park!

Showers are dirty and they don’t clean.

At this petro I recommend to every trucker don’t go to this petro the old lady who’s work she’s soo rude to truckers she don’t care who’s come from where always she’s speak sooo sooo rude to everyone she don’t have any sense how to talk with others if anyone wants to lose his respect and wanna do his mind upset than he can visit this petro that old lady she is sooo sooo misbehaveior don’t visit at that petro

So I guess the taps in this place are apparently incapable of producing cold running water, no matter how long you leave them on? Otherwise a great little chill out spot with my husband and the facilities are honestly better than I expected. The laundry is decent, three machines, 2 wash 1 dry (I think) and is coin operated with a pretty standard fee of $1.50/loadNever went into the actual store bit at all as we arrived at around 3am, so I can’t speak of the quality of service, or lack thereof, of any staff.

After spending between 9 and 14k on fuel every month they ask me to leave after 4 hours.Try to explain that no hours to drive for day they not even care.Site manager (old lady )was so arrogant and treats with police, not just this place most of truck stops around Vancouver area is bad.No parking ,service is very bad and treats customers like garbage.I'm not caring any loads in this area anymore.

I dont drive truck but i work out of town so i use to go there and pay 5 dollars to have a shower but im a paying customer so im only aloud to go into shower number 3 cuz i dont have a member ship the water pressure sucks only aloud to have a shower for 20 mins but yet theres no difference between the 3 showers they are not vary nice and they dont treat people as equals at all they should treat all people the same they dont clean the showers at all i was only going there cuz it was convenient but im going to find somewhere else to go ive also noticed that im not the only one that has complained about this place they are not understanding i work and pay taxes just like everyone else and they also DISCRIMINATE against people i had to give one star just so i could leace a comment on here or i wouldn't give no stars this place is really ran poorly
