Hampton Inn by Hilton Chilliwack

We didn't get in until around 2:45am with our son and dogs, and we paid a pretty penny for the place, and we called to have our checkout extended due to us not getting much sleep, just to be told that they are no longer going to uphold the time we were told we could stay till. For the price we paid at this place, and to only get a couple hours sleep, is absolutely ridiculous, and to have them be so rude and not understanding is truly upsetting.Having 2 dogs and our stuff all sit outside in the raid because someone didn't communicate properly is really upsetting.It's such a distasteful thing to have happen, and they won't be getting my recommendation anymore.

I had such a wonderful time during my stay! From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, everything was fantastic. The Hilton hotel is truly exceptional and surpasses all others I've stayed in over the past few months. The customer service, cleanliness, functionality, and comfort are all top-notch! And can I just say, the breakfasts were absolutely delicious, and the staff were so friendly and always greeted me with a big smile and a cheerful good morning!"I just wanted to say a huge thank you to the amazing team at The Hilton for always going above and beyond to make my stay so enjoyable. Very clean and very new feeling. Staff is amazing and friendly. Breakfast spread was one of the best we’ve had at a hotel, and we’ve been to a few.Rooms are a little dark but well put together. Area is expensive but this is probably your best option. Isn’t downtown and doesn’t have those issues. Good nights sleep.

I stayed here with my boys on March 21, the room was clean, beds and pillows very comfy, staff very friendly, the pool and slide were great my boys had a great time, the gym was small but had everything you would need. They have complementary water bottles, and warm cookies in the evening. They did have a good selection of food for the breakfast, but honestly it did lack in taste very bland or no taste at all in the eggs especially. We would go back for sure..but the rates are on the high side as well.

Good location. Nice pool with a slide good for older kids, continental breakfast was lacking.I don’t usually write reviews but I was expecting a bit nicer, upon walking into the room we noticed a weird smell.The curtains do not close all the way, and there was huge lights outside shining into the room all night. Beds were hard and uncomfortable. Bed skirts were pretty weathered and beat up. Shower spout also did not spray properly.When we got down to the continental breakfast we went to get orange juice out of the machine and put came liquid that looked like lemonade, so went to get apple juice instead and that was like water. Out of sliced strawberries, out of milk and several other things.The pool was nice and quiet and towels were supplied down there.

Nice, clean, modern hotel. Service was awesome. Breakfast left something to be desired, compared to other Hampton hotels; very limited and understaffed in the kitchen.If y'all are taking suggestions, replace the in-room coffee makers with Keurigs!Oh, a little weird that we couldn't close the drapes. Not being able to black put the giant lights in the parking lot was sort of annoying.Overall, great overnight stay.

Unfortunately, their beds are like sleeping on a board. We stayed 2 nights and sorry to say we won't stay again. The shower pressure was non-existent. The breakfast was great. Rooms very clean. If they could remedy the beds, we'd be back.

The staff at this hotel are lovely. We had a really nice stay. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again. Above and beyond other hotels we've stayed at in the area for business trips before.

10/10I have stayed here 3 times and each time it gets better!Huge shout out to the front desk - Liz you are amazing!We had a breakdown on the highway and needed a little extra care and attention and Liz saved the day!!The rooms are great, location is excellent and the staff are simple fantastic!!

Service is great at this location. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is above average for this class of hotel. The rooms are large and clean and everything is in working condition, from TV to plug ins and fridge, all is functioning. Can be a bit noisy due to train traffic. Stayed here many times and will be back for sure. My only complaint is with the bed's mattress, mine was worn out and super soft. But I guess that this is personal preference. All in all a well kept property.
