the entire place looks dirty. Washroom is definitely filthy.Food quality can be better. Some dishes smell weird…..

The small appetizer dishes are okay. The service was not up to needs and the waiter was just sitting there. We had to ask the waiter (guy) twice - basic water in a cup and a bowl to eat. When done, he did not come to our table to check. We had to ask for take out boxes. Overall feeling under served. The main dishes are over priced and with minimum quantities. Will not go back to eat here. The next door other restaurants in the same plaza are much better service, better price and quality.

It's rare for a restaurant in North America to actually use Sichuan peppers. These guys are good and they know what they're doing. A+ for authenticity. Absolutely 好吃!A side note for the uninitiated: Chongqing (and neighbouring Sichuan) are known for being extremely spicy cuisines because of that above-mentioned pepper. It's not just a question of Scoville units either, as sichuan peppers chemically cause a tongue-numbing sensation that spicy foods don't normally cause. So if you can't handle some heat, you may have a hard time here. Or at least you should tell them to tone it down for you or ask if they can leave out the sichuan peppercorns.

The ground pork sauce noodle is SO GOOD. I will never tire of the flavour and spice from this dish, and the noodles are always perfectly cooked and never too mushy. I absolutely love the noodles and would eat it very often. I don't pick up or order from here anymore because the only issue is that I never see the cashier wearing a mask and he goes into the back kitchen and there is also no plexiglass when you go up to pay and I'm uncomfortable with that. Would much rather have someone who's dealing with my food be wearing a mask.

Absolute garbage/non-existent service. Came in through the door trying to get seated, and the server completely ignored us (yes he definitely knew we were there, and was actively walking around from table to table). After about 2 minutes of standing and failing to get seated, I walked to the cash register to directly ask him for a seat, and he pointed to a table with an annoyed expression. The table we were told to sit at was still dirty and had bowls leftover from previous customers. After another 2 minutes of sitting and no one to clean the table or give us a menu, we just stood up and left.Absolutely unbelievable. DO NOT go here!

Yummy Chongqing
Very yummy chongqing, however I do not recommend the kung pao chicken (not very yummy chongqing). I've also been told that you get free refills on the large Chongqing noodles, I will definitely need to return for that yummy Chongqing goodness. If you get the chance, take some of the oil in the dishes home to infuse with your cooking for some more yummy Chongqing at home

One word - amazing.I was in the University area and decided to give this restaurant a go. When I entered I noticed how busy it was and it was only filled with asians, so I knew this was gonna be authentic chongqing style food.I ordered the pea and pork noodles based on the servers recommendations, but asked for extra spicy. When the bowl came I was surprised at the portion size for the price.After mixing the noodles and trying the first bite I was in love. The noodles were soft, the pork had no weird odour to it and the sauce was spicy.I returned again with my girlfriend and we gave the spicy pot chicken a try and loved it as well.My go to noodle spot!

Amazing restaurant. Good service. I've been eating here for over 8 years. The noodles here are so good. The sauce you mix with the noodles and meat is the bestI recommend ordering your noodles to be medium spicy or extra spicy but if you do, you should get a cold drink such as water or Nestea. Enjoy!
