Amelia Carleton Wedding and Event Planning

Amelia is amazing! I booked Amelia Carleton Wedding & Event Planning for month of/day of coordination and could not be happier with my experience with her. In the meetings with her prior to my wedding she helped me to identify details I hadn’t thought of, which was a huge help to me. On the day of, things ran super smoothly and I was so grateful to have her as a point person throughout the day. My partner and bridal party were also very impressed with Amelia and were grateful for her guidance before the ceremony. I couldn’t recommend Amelia and her assistant Selena enough! Thank you both so much for an amazing day.

Amelia helped us create a gorgeous outdoor June wedding of 50 guests. I contacted her 6 months out to help me turn a large backyard into a dream venue and she was a godsend with everything from organization, finding vendors, planning tent and seating layouts, giving great advice, decor ideas, setup and complete day-of coordination. She and her team are sharp and on point. Did I mention she had a baby during those 6 months? She didn't miss a beat. Amelia is great and has wonderful local vendor relationships. She gave our special day great care. All of our guests have not stopped raving about it, and we couldn't be happier. Thanks again Amelia! <3

I can't begin to explain how lost I was in my wedding planning process until we hired Amelia. We had booked our wedding for 2020, it was cancelled due to the pandemic... I didn't want to have to re-plan the wedding, so we hired Amelia to take over. Unfortunately, the 2021 wedding was cancelled as well, but Amelia worked hard to rebook everything for this past summer. We were hammered with inflated prices, cancellations, contract changes, rule changes, etc. and Amelia dealt with it all. She found cost effective ways to keep the budget down and managed to turn our day into something better than we could have imagined. The day itself was seamless. Everyone mentioned how beautiful and perfectly executed the day was and I truly owe that to Amelia. Don't think twice about hiring her team. She is incredible!

I had the absolute best wedding possible because of Amelia's expertise, organization and planning. She is brilliant, kind, responsive, detail oriented and makes sure your day runs perfectly. In the lead up to the event she removed so much stress and made the most wonderful suggestions. She is a gem and I can't thank her enough for a wonderful day!

Amelia saved my sanity for our wedding. She was so on top of everything from day one, coordinated every detail with vendors, and was there for advice when I had questions. We had to quickly move our wedding date up 3 months as I found out I was pregnant, and she relieved all the stress we had with updating our vendors on the change and ensuring we had nothing to worry about. Dealing with Amelia is like working with a friend - she is kind, calming, and very responsive. I cannot say enough good things about our experience with her. Thank you Amelia!!

We hired Amelia for month/day of coordination and we could not possibly be more pleased. From our first meeting and early hiccups with one of our vendors, I knew I was in good hands. She is simply a wonderful human who does an incredible job. Everything was as we wanted it thanks to her attentiveness and attention to detail and she made sure we were on track with our timeline so we could do everything we hoped to on our special day. To say she went above and beyond would be an understatement. I wouldn’t have managed without her.

Amelia is absolutely amazing! She helped make our wedding incredibly special. We booked the month of coordination, and she helped us plan everything. Even when we wanted to change directions and find specific chairs which were practically rented out across the city, she helped track them down! She listened to what our vision was, what the needs were, what the stressors and pressures were, and brought comfort and knowledge. Letting go and trusting someone with one of life's biggest events is hard to do, but she was confident and asked lots of questions to ensure we were all on the same page. Thank you Amelia for all your hard work. It was one hot day, one of the hottest this past summer, and yet she did everything with a smile on her face. Thank you so much for the literal sweat that went into making our wedding the day that we always dreamed of. It was beautiful and perfect. YOU ARE AMAZING!!

Amelia is the absolute best! She's so on top of everything and pulls off the most beautiful, seamless days with ease. I've worked with her several times and every single time she blows me away. Seriously cannot recommend her highly enough!! If you're on the fence about doing full planning for your wedding day, trust me when I say she's worth every penny and then some!

Amelia was fantastic as our wedding coordinator. I was truly stress free on the days leading up to the wedding, as Amelia contacted all of our vendors confirmed deliveries and conducted our dress rehearsal. We had a large wedding party, and Amelia did a great job at organizing the ceremony procession, and communicating with everyone. Amelia also provided suggestions and recommendations as she is experienced in wedding planning, however I appreciated that she always put myself and my husband's vision first. If you are looking for a stress free wedding day, I would definetly recommend her!

Amelia was incredible, I can not say enough good things about her and how thankful I am I had her with me on my wedding day. She solved multiple problems for me with ease and also did many behind the scene setup items that I wouldn't have had time to do the day of. I was on the fence about hiring a coordinator and I have zero regrets of doing so! Amelia is AMAZING.
