My truck was stolen, police find the truck and they called me the truck was no any damage only some writing in side the car,SGI make the car total loss, when I go to take my personal ietm and the tools as the police said the tools available and the ladder from the car,There is nothing there no ladder no Electric tools the windows was broken, the Screen and radio was taken away ,this SGI makes more damage and missing in my car to increase the repair so the car will be total lost wow

Very frustrating experience. 4:30pm appointment been there and been waiting as 3 cars are ahead of me and when my turn comes they said I am late and just pass me out. May I suggest for an attendance check once everyone arrived as we cannot let our vehicle fly over the others to get through our time. We have been patiently waiting and following the line but this happens.

Extremely frustrating service and still not done yet.Filed a claim online and took 3 weeks just for the adjuster to arrange an appraisal and had to keep asking to check on the status of the claim. It's now a week since the vehicle was appraised and deemed written off and still haven't heard anything back as far as settlement and feel like it's an inconvenience to get this settled in a timely fashion. I've had some real fantastic dealings with the SGI claims group in the past but this certainly isn't one of them.

Called on May 25, Thursday, and an agent told me the estimation was received and it would take the adjuster one week to review and make a decision. SGI would contact me in one week.One week later, on June 2, I called SGI Team 3. One agent told me SGI didn’t receive the cost estimate to repair the camera. This agent also told me the body shop guy told SGI that I could buy a camera for $50 or less from Amazon or other stores and brought it back to the body shop, and they would install it for me. Because Amazon is not a part source for SGI or body shop. It should be noted my camera system is an aftermarket one, not OEM. Then I called the body shop, and talked to the person who was responsible for my case. I want to check with him about which camera I should buy. He said he never told SGI I could do that.The same day later, I got hold of another SGI agent. She told me I should get a cost estimation from a repair store first, then a SGI adjuster would review it before the repair could start. I contacted the electric store who deals with camera systems. It is the same store where the body shop will send my car. The store emailed estimate to SGI Team 3 the same day, to myself as well.I called SGI Team 3 on June 6. The agent told me SGI didn’t receive a cost estimation, Again? I explained that the email sent to SGI by the store having my claim number on the subject line and the exact time the email was sent. The agent finally found the email and told me SGI needed another week to review the estimation.I waited until June 13 but didn’t receive anything back from SGI Team 3. I called SGI a few times and sent them an email. I got a call back from SGI on June 14. She told me one adjuster put a note on my case saying there was no evidence showing the camera was claim-related damage. She wanted me to go to the body shop and ask them to send evidence to SGI. I don’t think it’s an appropriate way. Shouldn’t SGI judge which parts are collision related? Apparently, the camera was documented on the initial SGI estimate. The recorded videos were uploaded, and the links were sent to SGI. The videos show clearly the other vehicle hit it and it stopped working right at that impact point.I will go to the repair shop to ask them to submit evidence. I don’t know what evidence they can submit. The experience already made me frustrated. As professional adjusters with SGI, they should know better than us as insured public about proper procedures, and be honest and consistent. They shall not tell something which doesn’t happen or doesn’t exist. They shall not say something but change it later. What really you want me to do? Do not keep changing, please!Finally, I hope my negative won’t have an effect on my ongoing claim. I am just expressing my true feeling with the hope they will be applauded by the public one day.Thanks for your response. I have sent email to your.
