TLDR: Would definitely recommend: friendly staff, great job on the cut and were extremely honest.Took our 9 1/2 year old Yorkie for a cut. We usually take him to get groomed by his original breeder which is located downtown but with the traffic and expensive parking it’s a headache on the weekend.My partner was a bit apprehensive at first because she wants to make sure everything goes well and loves the little one a lot.We asked for a “puppy” cut: low on the body, somewhat of a round face but shorter on the “moustache”. We were very happy with how he looked!Our dog has a lot of energy for his age and moves around a lot. We try to get as much out with a long walk before but it is what it is. As such the groomers did mention he got a little graze while being shaved. It wasn’t anything serious at all but we appreciated the honesty about it up front rather than later when taking a closer look at him.Took a little longer than expected but not by much as they seemed quite busy. It wasn’t a big deal but the staff was very apologetic nonetheless. I think in future we’ll just drop him off during the week when it’s less busy.All in all this is a great place for grooming: I’d highly recommend - especially for small dogs.

Amazing grooming and shopping experiences! Everyone there is friendly and patient. My little puppy has joint issues they take care her very well! Highly recommended

Beware. The worst grooming place my dogs have ever gone. My dog came back with all 4 paws bleeding. We noticed it after getting her back home. This place is so bad that they did not even inform us about their mistake. See picture.

They did an amazing job. However, my puppy used to love going to groomers, but after going here, she is scared of groomers now. I won't go back.

I have been taking my 15 lbs mini golden doodle to Fluffy House since they opened and will continue to go here for all of Nishinoya’s grooming needs. The staff is always so accommodating with our schedule and theirs and they treat Noya with so much kindness and love. Noya loves going to Fluffy House for his groom and he always comes out looking so pampered. There have been times where we’ve brought Noya in and he’s matted and tangled, but the staff are always so kind to educate us on how we can prevent that. They really do care for the pets that come through their doors and they take their time to ensure your pets are comfortable throughout the grooming process. I would definitely recommend Fluffy House for your grooming needs!

Took my Pomeranian puppy for the full grooming. It was affordable and the staff were very nice. Mochi was nice and handsome after and didn’t want to go home

Wonderful shop with lots of super cute, unique treats and goodies I have not seen anywhere else! My dog loved the treat selection, and the cat toys were too cute. Owners were super friendly and happy to talk about the products. Can't wait to visit again!
