I wanted chicken strips, he said he didn't have them, so I ordered a chubby burger. Guess what, he put 2 strips as chicken patty. Price wise, 5 chicken strips = 1 chubby burger.. Did he just wanted to sell 2 strips for the price of 5??Not to mention, the burger is dry AF, had to put mayo myself..

I like A&W meals but I'm not fond with the owner employee of this restaurant. Always having a mean look, especially when the meals are on sale, being picky that I don't spend too much. I rather go to the A&W near Beaudry Metro station for a better experience. Slow service too, even when it's not crowded.

They have the Kids Menu on the board but they do not serve it. They only have soft drinks, no orange or apple juice.Fries came so cold, I had to ask to get new ones. The young was kind and understanding.

The new crew didn't let me got to the bathroom until I asked for a refund. Suddenly the bathroom is fixed"... guys you gots 2 bathroom and none of them are open? If the public bathroom is broken

Probably one of the freshest tasting buns I've had at a fast food joint. The beyond burger was fantastic and the onion rings were great.

Worst franchise of A&W. The owner/employee got mad because I used a coupon to get a discounted price. The burger was done and thrown at me on the counter. Pretty sure the supposedly fresh patty was already done and was just sitting there. Won’t go there again!

I don't know where to start? I guess in the fast food you can reasonably expect for someone to show up at the counter to take your order within at least 5 min? It took forever to get the food even though there were hardly any customers. The burgers were just not tasty, as they used to be, seems like recipe was changed? A&W was our go to" burger place

Really had a bad service yesterday I decided to take a 2 meals instead of one and by doing so changing the coupon... The cashier got mad at me didn't want to change my order and gave me 2 crushed burgers, nasty bacon and so and didn't even get one portion of French fries in both mine combine.. discusted

They take too long to make a basic moza with fries. The man on front keep yelling at someone in the back.I was the only person waiting for more than 10 minutes.Bad service.

This is one of the worst I've been to. The wait times are pretty bad, but even if I let that slide- the quality of the burgers is a let down and they constantly forget a portion of my order. I won't go anymore. Pic is of a papa burger... Look at my lettuce"."
