If it were possible to give zero stars I would. Since the first day I got service over a year ago I have had nothing but problems. The internet cuts in and out several times a day. When it is working it is very slow. When you contact customer service it never actually gets fixed. I would not recommend this service for internet to anyone.

If you want to go back in time and have dial up speeds from this is the ISP for you. Only when all your neighbours are sleeping may you be able to play an online game. Want reddit to take 25 min to load the front page? Well don't go looking anywhere else.
