just purchased a vehicle at 401 Auto in Ingersoll, my salesman was Amed Kestay and I recommend him 100 times again!! fast, positive attitude and great customer service! he was willing to answer any and all my questions at any time even if he wasn’t at work!

Bayar contacted me to make this purchase and to start with, he never informed me he was from Ingersoll as my first purchase was from the London location. I have been having issues with the vehicle since I received it in February. Bayar is not returning phone calls. I spoke with the manager, Jag, over 2 weeks ago and was told they would arrange to complete the repairs and still no return phone call from the service manager as promised. I do not recommend this location and will never buy another vehicle from 401 Auto.

This is my second vehicle with 401 Auto and it was easier then the first time, only because I was already in their system. Bayer was quick at replying to my email inquiry for a upgrade and even better for keeping me at the same payment rate I really needed. Bayer not only found me a vehicle he brought it to me that same day for a test drive, we loved it of course. I reached out on a Monday and he delivered me my beautiful vehicle that Friday and took the old one away. Completely hassle free, literally sent a email and got a vehicle 4 days later. Also make you feel at ease when purchasing, big thank you.Update: i’ve had this car for a little over a month and already sounds like the brakes are needing to be replaced. DO NOT DEAL WITH A GUY NAMED AMED or AMEH ADDED PICTURES of The Rust INSIDE my car.I would not buy a vehicle from this company I would not recommend this to your worst enemy. Went for a second vehicle from this company there is cover rust inside the vehicle and it's only a 2020, as well as the piping underneath car to and from muffler and other spots is all rusted. They will rush you Into signing paper work even when You have not looked at the car they do not offer for you to look at the car or test drive it. All they do is rush you into a vehicle so they get a sale and a commission. They also well tell you how your loan is approved froma bank when it is not. They put my name through credit score place TWICE. They said my score would grow and really its lower now then it was before I up graded from my Kia. NEVER AGAIN. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Will be UPDATING anything and everything that happens to my SUV, oh and the Speakes came BLOWN as well.
