Amazing quality and service! I bought both a bed and a jacket (yes for a Husky, please don't judge!), and I'm thrilled at the quality service from Tecklklub.Highly recommended!!

Obsessed with this brand's quality! Surprised they don't have more reviews by now! We got our dog's Teckelklub rain gear from the Bones Pet store in Yaletown (Another must if you are a pet owner). Loved the fact that the Teckelklub products are all made in Canada, Richmond. Doesn't get more local than that! But ultimately became loyal customers after testing their excellent quality of products. And they sell anything from beds, rain coats to fleece sweaters and collars. Specially like the lined (with fleecy warm fabric) rain jacket as our dog gets cold really easily. We use them quite often so we now own 3! (No shame)Love the whole concept of the company and they have won us over as customers for life!

Just purchased my 3rd Teckelklub trench coat. The jackets seem to last a lifetime. Two jackets were for Maltipoo and Terrier cross, this one for my Mini Australian Shepherd. Dogs love to wear them!

Have purchased two raincoat jackets by Tecklelklub over the years (one small one, then a medium as the dog grew) from our local pet supply boutique store. A bit pricey but they come in unique colours and last forever. We love the practical and streamlined design - easy to put on our dog with wide, high quality velcro straps. The little built in loop on the back is useful for hanging up the coat on a hook in the wall.

****UPDATED****Since my negative review, and 29 days after sending them an email and mailing the item back... I received a phone call from customer service.They explained that there was a series of unfortunate events that led to this, and that they only received my package a few days ago. (In fairness, I missed a letter in their postcode and there were floods in BC. I did give it 4 weeks to write a review.)They said they had received my original email, but were waiting for the package to arrive, even though they were going to offer me help in re-sizing the jacket for my pet. When asked why they didn't even send an acknowledgement of my original email, I was told that they don't respond to all emails."To be honest
