I'm writing to let you know what a fabulous job one of your installers did with putting your new doors on my free standing garage. It was a big job because of the 60 year all wooden doors. The young man's name is Zack Campbell.....he was so organized and kind. In addition he fixed my downspout for my eaves trough.....he went above a beyond to satisfy my problems.

Unbelievable service. As facility Manager at a very reputable business in Simcoe Ontario, I will be using Zach and his team as my only overhead door technicians. They answer the phone every time I call and they show up even faster. We were in a pinch, and within 15 minutes of being on site they had my problem fixed. I highly recommend these guys for all of your overhead door needs. Residential, commercial, industrial, agriculture door specialists to say the least! Thanks again guys.

Excellent by every measure! In a small town, shutters are preferable to an alarm system. Alarm systems rely on police response time; shutters make it virtually impossible to enter. Zach provides the best service, installation, and maintenance of any of the many companies that we contacted. We were given a professional set of exterior plans of all sides of the house with shutters customised to fit. Installation took place on time, was beautifully finished, and adjusted to each of our requests. If you want shutters, HIGH-LIFT DOORS should be your first and only choice.

Thoroughly recommend Zack who came and repaired our shutter door. We have an older style roll down shutter door. It took considerable work on Zack's part to track down the parts to fix our door. Once parts arrived, service was prompt and the work done was excellent.Such a great guy to do business with!
