Very dirty building. I am doing delivery almost everyday over here and the management is very poor. They don’t have sense how to talk with someone. They are very rude and disheartened. Smell is very bad on every floor which comes from their carpet. Most of time lift is not working. The buzzer code machine also stucks mostly.

Outdated building. Pool is only open 2 months IF it opens ontime. Building changes rules and policies to better suit them not the tenant. Hydro is not included with rent. Central management couldn't care less about a single issue. They know if you're displeased, you'll eventually move out and they can lease your unit for more now. If you face the street it is constant noise. One of the supers is decent but the other is useless. I regret moving here.

I lived in this building for two yrs while I was here the assistant supper made sexual advances at me I wrote the management a two page letter. Nothing was done about it when I moved out he stole my custom made blinds from my apt. Caused a big fight . Would never recommend this building to anyone they are all family and they stick together
